Last year I had the same work done by the same company and it was $145. This guy comes out at tells me it's $290 and that he had no idea why the other guy gave me that price. I should have told him to stop and just hired someone else, because now I see that other companies do this work for even less than the $145. Luckily I bought an Angie's List deal and ended up paying $175 total. I won't use them again simply because I now question if they just make up prices as they go. It's annoying because I was a loyal customer and just wanted someone to rely on. Ugh!

The two plumbers that came to replace my leaking drain were efficient and thorough. They arrived on time and completed the work as expected. They also helped with another minor plumbing problem at no extra charge.

We felt he was very unethical. We even did a test ourselves to see if the pan was leaking, and there was not leak. He said that he knew what to say to the insurance company to get this the covered under our deductible. The estimate that he gave us did not state he would contact the insurance company, but just the work and price, and he would have to sub-contract out for some of the work to be completed.

Our shower drain had been slow for a couple of months, we went to Home Depot and bought practically every drain repaid liquid we could find but nothing worked. On Monday morning, after a quick shower, the drain started to work. What we didn't notice was that the water was not actually going down the drain but through some broken grout down to the kitchen on the first floor. Derek from Cregger came in the time promised and fixed the drain, he explained to us that using the liquids we had used to try and fix it ourselves had caused the pipes to fill up with crystals and completely blocking the flow of water. He broke all the crystals and now it drains beautifully. He also fixed the shower heads which were also getting clogged.

It worked out fine. He repaired a toilet and unclogged a drain. He also fixed a leaky pipe. He was at my home for about an hour.

They were good. They did a good job I guess.

He seems honest, he was friendly, I like that he came and did a free quote, so he didn't charge me for that house visit, it was free which most plumbers don't offer that, when his guys came, the gentleman that came was was the different guy that gave the quote but when he installed the extra parts that we needed, he was very nice and honest and we didn't have any problem.

There really isn't much to tell. Chris showed up with a sense of humor and a smile, which is good because whomever installed the pipes for the tub did a really bizarre job of it so it required some extra work. He called in an associate to help him out, he and Kevin got my pipes piping in no time. They really really mindful of doors so that the animals didn't get out of the house or into the basement, and it was an all around good experience. Thank you Chris and Kevin!

I bought the deal where you get $200 worth of work for $111. They came the same day that I called within a few hours. One person came and was very professional. He was able to unclog the main drain very quickly. The cost was $245 but with the deal I only paid $156. Was a great experience.

The estimator was timely. The work crew was early (after confirming that was OK.) The original outdoor faucet had been mortared in by a prior owner. Cregger just sent an additional guy with expertise with that and continued the replacement. They fixed a faulty shower handle at no charge since they had the right size allen wrench for Moen. They are a little more costly than my prior plumber, but he has moved on to bigger jobs and does not have time for residential jobs as much. I will use Cregger again should I need them.

My experience with this company went beyond my expectations. The man that came was on time, proffessional, and very respectful. I would definitely call them again and I do refer them to everyone I know that needs some sort of plumbing fixed! I would never bother going anywhere else. Very informative and helpful, they truly know what they are talking about.

The leak under the bathroom sink was fixed, just as the plumber had explained. We are very pleased with the service we received. We would do business with them again.

Emailed for a quote. Got back to me thru message right away. Then I sent pictures of problem. Was told a technician would call me. No one ever called. Must have gotten lost in the shuffle. Hired another plumber.

We called to schedule on Wednesday and Emily had a technician out to our house by Thursday afternoon due to a backed up drain in the basement. The technician was very polite, competent and professional. This is how all service calls should go. Thanks for your great service.

I called them early in the morning, I was able to get people to take care of luckily cause I called too early and they quoted me a price for the work. When the service person came out, he initially gave me another price and that's not what they said on the phone. He said he just got a text that service after a certain time today, it's gonna be up by 150 bucks because it's demand because everybody has frozen pipes that day. So this is a company who increases their price based on need but they honored my quote because it was given to me before all these other stuff went down. Luckily for me I didn't have to do that. The servicemen was great, the person taking the call was fantastic, the decision to increase cost on people only because they knew they were desperate was not very cool. That doesn't strike me as a company that has a lot of integrity. They were at the appropriate level of professionalism. I chose them because they were available and I needed them; they just come out right away.

He explained what needed replacement and began the job. It seemed like magic, he was done in no time at all. The area was spic and span when he left. I would call on their services again!!!
