He came out initially to give me a quote and do measurements. Very personable and knowledgeable.

They were very accommodating to my schedule. Greg was terrific and everything worked out fine. He replaced the control valve for the shower temperature and water flow.

Everything went as planned. It was not difficult to get in touch with them, and my mother in law had no complaints.

It was fine. He didn't have a part to fix the kitchen sink. He was on time.

Kevin was professional and very helpful. When he was done explaining things to me and giving me a quote on replacement, he gave me an invoice with no charge. I had expected to pay a service fee but he said there would be no charge. We will be redoing our bathroom soon and I will definitely use Cregger to replace our toilet.

Prompt service. Completed work and cleaned up after the job (which was a little messy, but to be expected when snaking a storm drain). Company called back within a day to see how everything went. Angie's list coupon was used...and had a 50 dollar credit that went to fixing a leaky bathtub drain. Would definitely use again for my plumbing needs!

The technician Don was great. He arrived on time, made an assessment of the work needed, and completed the job. He even cleaned up after he was finished. He was extremely professional and very nice. Don did a great job.

First he said he would have to install a good pressure valve in the basement to test for a leak and that would cost $150 before he could do anything else? I said fine if that's what you need to do. That took 30 min maybe then he turned on water and said there is no leak and we should get a shower door because water is coming out of tub onto floor. I said I don't that's it. He said he was 100% sure and left. He was there maybe 60 minutes. installed shower doors (cost $200). The problem was not fixed. Our kitchen ceiling from the bathroom upstairs continued to get wet/damaged until the drywall started to cave in. Then I called a handyman to take a look. He found a leaking pipe behind the tub and fixed it for total of $50. Problem was completely fixed. No more leaks. These Cregger Plumbing guys don't spend enough time trying to see the real cause of the problem. They are in and out so quick saying they are sure they know what they are talking about. I spent so much money for no reason because of them.

The details in the deal did not indicate what areas the provider worked in and when I contacted them I was told that they typically didn't work in Macomb County. However, since I already had purchased the Big Deal, they would honor. The plumber had to make two trips because he did not have a part he needed. I was quit satisfied with the work that was provided.

That turned fine. They unclogged a drain for me and it took them about 20 minutes.

Don reported to the appointment at first. He temporarily fix the issue for overnight and promised to repair the next day with proper parts. While he was here, he checked every part to ensure work would be completed correctly and timely. As promised, Greg with proper parts showed up next day to complete the assigned work. He had great attention to details and absolutely did a wonderful job. Don and Greg did a wonderful job making sure everything was working great. Follow up call 3 days later to ensure everything was working properly and had no issues. I would recommended them for any plumbing issues and would definitely use them again.

The guy is very good and professional. Overall I like it.

They were on time, professional and very good at explaining the situation to me. Apparently, my sump pump wasn't venting properly. He fixed that and was here a total of less than 90 minutes. They had a coupon and my $175 job only cost $119. These guys are professional and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Workers were prompt and careful, explaining the work as they went along. Work was done with a minimum of fuss and the areas were left cleaned up. These were difficult repairs to old plumbing, and we are happy with the results.

Don arrived on time, was professional, worked quickly and showed us how to fix an additional small problem we had that could be done ourselves. We will certainly be calling Creggers again.

The estimate & appointment set-up process was quick and easy. The service appointment was well organized, on-time, and the work was completed as requested.

The tech came in as scheduled , and got down to work right a way. He fixed in about 30 min.

I received a call indicating that Don would arrive in about 15 minutes. Don was on time. He didn't have the parts so he went to a supply house and was back in 30 minutes. Good job. Would use again. Don also tighten a couple of nuts on two faucets that had slow leakes. I think the work was over priced, but i haven't had plumbing work done for a while, so that might be the going rate. The old parts were removed. I will use Creggers again. Oh, I had a $25 coupon that i forgot to show him. I'll mail it to Creggers with my paid invoice in see if they honor it. My review above stands true, but i lowered the overall performance because of the $25 coupon. I know it's not much but they have not honored it even though i called the next day and sent the invoice and coupon. Update 8/5/2014 --- Received $25 check on 8/2/2014. Changed overall grade to "B"

They came out very quickly on a Saturday, the same day that I called. They were able to fix the problem fast and without any problems. I was a first time customer, and would definitely use them again in the future.

My issue was the "coupon" from Angie's List. I feel I got $100 worth of service which is what I paid but I was supposed to get $200 worth of service.

They were very punctual and quick.

To get to the valve had to remove the dishwasher and in the process discovered a rotting out drain pipe from my sink. They had all the parts needed to replace this as well and did it for a reasonable cost. The overall repair was done with quality, except for some minor extra damage to the interior of a cabinet that had to be cut into to access the broken valve.

The technician was punctual, professional, had a form already filled out. Service was $95, but used the $25 off coupon from Angie's List.

HE GAVE US THE NAME OF A CONTRACTOR WHO CAME AND DID ALL THE REPAIRS IN A QUICK & EFFICIENT MANNER. WITHOUT GOING THRU MY FILES, CANNOT RECALL EXACT DATE OF SERVICE OR AMOUNT. YOUR MAN DID SAY WE HAD A CREDIT COMING BECAUSE HE COULD NOT COMPLETE THE JOBS AS REQUIRED. HAVE SEEN NOTHING FROM HIM OR ANGIE'S LIST REGARDING THIS. THANK YOU FOR NOW. ANNETTE DAVIES
