They did a great job and we would definitely use them again. In terms of pricing, they're not the highest and not the lowest. They snaked a drain that we had back up, and it's held up fine since then. There were no issues with scheduling and were right on time. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

This company is not reputable. They were suppose to come to my high rise condominium building on Friday, August 8, 2014, but called to tell their service person was ill. Asked me what day would be good for me, and I told them Saturday. They said OK, and scheduled me for Saturday, August 9, 2014. I waited, and waited, got a call that the service person couldn't find a parking spot, doesn't service high rise buildings and he was only going to do and estimate. I paid $111.11 for an estimate. I need my sink, garbage disposal and new dishwasher hooked up. Why would I pay $111.11 dollars for an estimate? This company was advised ahead of time about the type of building in live in, who to see when they get here, and where to park. My Saturday was spent waiting for a lying, lazy company that doesn't want to work and doesn't know anything about customer service. Give me my money back!

My experience with this company was both negative and positive, hence the "C" rating. On the negative side, the technician installed the faucet and fixed the shower leak to my satisfaction although I thought the charge was way too high for about 1 1/2 hours of routine work. Since I didn't ask for an estimate, however, I'll let that one go. My primary issue is the spigot in the garage. I asked the technician to look at it because, when connected to a hose and turned on, it spurts out water. However, it did NOT leak when turned off. The technician looked it over and told me it couldn't be fixed but would have to be replaced. He said this would be expensive so I told him to forget it as it wasn't that important. The next morning I found the spigot leaking and water all over my garage floor. It had never leaked before. I contacted the company immediately. When the technician called me, he told me I would have to "bite the bullet" and have the spigot replaced. Now for the positive experience. Derek, the company's master plumber, contacted me promptly, came to my home and fixed the spigot by replacing two worn washers. This took about 10 minutes and was done at no additional charge, as it should have been. I'm 100 percent satisfied with Derek and his work and give him an "A." I can't help but wonder why the original technician didn't simply do what Derek did. That's where the "F" rating comes in. So, in balancing the two experiences, I came up with the "C" overall rating.

There were no troubles with scheduling. We had a leak in one of our bathrooms. He was able to tighten some things up but was unable to complete a more permanent fix. We had wanted to have new faucets installed as well. However, he was unable to install them without disconnecting the sinks complexly from the wall. We did not have them complete that work. The hot water side of the upstairs bathroom was missing a part. He didn’t have a part with him. He explained that he could order it, but they would have to charge to come back out once it was in stock. They arrived on time of the appointment. The technician was professional, neat, and explained things well. However, our pluming didn’t work well with this deal.

Don from Cregger showed up right on time. He was professional, and courteous? not to mention knowledgeable and very thorough. Excellent customer service. He removed our old disposal and installed the new one in no time at all. He explained and showed me, with the wrench he left with us, what to do if the garbage disposal ever gets jammed. He was so efficient and tidy that he cleaned up everything as he went along. With the Big Deal from Angie's List it was a great value. I have officially found our new plumber. I strongly recommend them and will pass their name along to my friends and family. On a side note: Don also gave me a quick quote on a gas line that I was interested in having run from the house to our fire pit outside. He explained the process of the job and everything that it would entail. Couldn't have asked for better service, I'm beyond pleased.

Don came over and checked all pipes in the area and could not find any leaks. Since the water had dried out, it was difficult to see the source of the prior leak. Don did not charge my mother, but gave her his card with instructions to call him immediately if it reoccurs and he will come by immediately. Any charges would be incurred at that time for fixing the problem. this kind of fairness in unheard of in the plumbing world and we will surely call Cregger and don back for any plumbing problems and trust their price quotes.

They were responsive and the fix a tricky toilet issue. I had tried a few things myself to fix the tiolet and even contacted the manufacturer but there plumber came by and fixed the toilet in a jiffy.

The service was fine. They repaired the refrigerator line at a rental unit. We had no problems with the them.

Work was done well. Everyone on the job was respectful and polite. Bill, Mark and Kevin were a great team. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. Also answered all our questions knowledgeably. We passed inspection and were up and running on time. Office followed up with some paperwork we needed as well.

They were responsive, quick and did good quality work. I would use them again.

Chris arrived pretty close to the time expected and methodically worked through a list of plumbing issues we had. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and explained what he had done and asked if I had any questions. This is the third time we have used Cregger Plumbing and the third different serviceman we have had, and each has done an excellent job. I will continue to call them for our plumbing needs and I would highly recommend them as well.

While they were perfect and on-time, their prices seemed a little bit high. Their responsiveness was wonderful.

I purchased a coupon on angie's list; $111.00 which covered $200.00 worth of repairs. The total repair came to $285 and as a result of the coupon I had to pay an additional $85. This means that I received the repair for $196. Not too bad. I called for an appointment at 7:30/p - they returned my call within a 1/2 hour and was available to come out at any time I chose. We schedule for 10:00 am on that next Thursday. I received a call from dispatch indicating that they were on their way. He arrived exactly at our scheduled time! He was a very nice/professional young man. Investigated the problem/fixed the problem and was on his way.

It went well. Very professional, and good plumbing work. Better price than competitors. The salesman suggested I purchase a coupon from angies list, which I did. Unfortunately, I forgot I had purchased it when they came to do the repair. I received a call the next day saying they would refund the money that I should not have been charged, but I have not received a refund. It's been a month or so since I talked to them last. Good contractor...just make sure you are paying the right price because it seems to take forever to get this sorted out.

This was a great customer experience! We were on a tight time constraint with inspecting a house we considering buying. Our home inspector advised that we have the sewer checked by a plumber. We had one day to have the service done because we were going out of town. The lady I first spoke with, Rebecca (I think), was very helpful. She scheduled us an appointment the next afternoon. I had to call back and ask for a morning appointment and the lady I spoke with, whose name I cannot remember, placed me in hold and came back saying 'no problem'. Both ladies were very, very nice and understanding of my situation and couldn't have been more helpful. I will be recommending them and will keep their number - hopefully I won't need them. :)

They unclogged the drain with no problem. Inspected the sewage pump that was not functioning and indicated it might just be the switch and they would try to find one for us and call us back with a price for the switch and for a new sewage pump install. They told us we had a $35.00 credit coming from our Angie's List purchase. We never heard back from them. After one week, we had someone else install a new sewage pump.

I liked their good rating on Angie’s List and their coupon. It was very good! They were on time and they put in a gas line.

Our shower handle broke off. After 6 weeks they finally put on a new one. They made several trips. Forgot supplies. Brought out the wrong handle. They basically forgot about us. We were using pliers to take showers. They finally installed one which works but is very Loose. They are a good company but blew it on this one.

I called them to inquire of their services and they sent out someone to give an estimate within 2 days. I accepted their estimate and scheduled the work to be done early the following week. The worker did arrive about an hour later than I was told he would be here, but to their credit, I was called to tell me he was on the way. Within a few hours he had replaced the old clogged galvanized pipes to two different faucets, and replaced the traps on two drains. He did an exceptional job, was very professional, and worked steadily and quickly. I would certainly call them again if the need arises.

We had a shower that would not shut off. Found Cregger Plumbing an Angie's List and called. The scheduled us for that afternoon even though I called in the morning. Was put on the Emergency Board as we had no shut off available for the shower. Greg arrived at 7:15 and was able to change the defective cartridge. Everything was done as needed and I was able to take advantage of their special coupon offer.
