Description of Work: Two young men, Nick and John, did an absolutely fabulous job. We have a two story home. Our windows are the old Anderson double hung kind with a storm window and screens. Not the easiest windows to clean....several steps in the process. |Nick and John went about the job with humor. |We highly recommend Birds Beware Window Cleaning!

+ 0 moreI called two providers, and they were the company that responded to me. They showed up, and they were awesome. They did the work not long before I moved in. It was $565 for everything. I signed an agreement with them whereby they are going to come twice a year for regular window cleaning, so they gave me a 10% discount for doing that. I would highly recommend everything about them to anybody. The guy who came out and quoted the work and the two guys who came out and did the work were really good at what they did. They were professional and wore booties when they needed to in the house. If they were inside the house, they were very aware of keeping things clean, and they did an excellent job. I was kind of in a rush trying to move into a new house, and they just performed very well.
Description of Work: I did a lot of stuff with Birds Beware Window Cleaning. They did deep window cleaning, power washed the whole outside of my house and also did some other stuff for me.

+ 1 moreThis company is fantastic! They gave me a bid the day I called. We set a service date and they arrived just a few minutes late, but called to say they would be 5 or 6 minutes late! Two young men worked all day. They cleaned gutters, powerwashed the house, whitened gutters, did all windows and screens inside and out. I had removed the mullions before hand because they can be such a pain to take in and out, especially when some of them are broken. The put them all back in saying they didn't mind. They were great and my home looks great! On one side of the house I have stairs and a deck which were covered with algae, they power washed it free of charge, because when it got wet it was slippery. They did not want me or anyone else getting hurt when it was wet. They were delightful and hard working young men, taking only one or two few minute breaks. I never did ask them their names, and I am sorry I did not. Oh, one was Steve, because he was the one that called to say they would be late! I offered the bathroom or drinks and they declined, saying they were fine! I cannot say enough good about them and would recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreGetting a quote and setting up initial appointment was a simple phone call. 1st appointment date needed to be rescheduled due to weather. This was done in a timely manner well ahead of the expected arrival time so that I didn't need to leave work unnecessarily. Work was completed professionally and thoroughly. I would use this firm again in the future. No problems.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of the windows, screens, and tracks in about 90 minutes with a 2 man team on a 2 story colonial.
