Man in charge promised me they would not use neighbors driveway but talked me into letting them the day of. They went BEFOREHAND & knocked on the neighbors door without telling me to ask them for permission. No one was home. Then during the hurry up procedure, neighbors came home while truck was parked in their driveway causing me a lot of grief. $550.00 was a very high price for laying down soil & it did not solve the water leakage problem at all as a heavy rain came & the same areas of basement that I showed the man are now leaking worse than ever.

These people came in the middle of a snowstorm to pick up junk from our basement. They came on the date as promised and charged their estimated price. We were very pleased with their service!

I hired the Ground Guys to install hundreds of bushes on my property, and I identified the property line for them. They ran into roots from trees and instead moving the bushes towards my house they put 22 of them away from the house which is on the neighbors property. The project cost $15,000, and now the neighbors house has sold and they want to put up a fence, and I need to have the bushes moved. The Ground Guys said they would transplant the shrubs but want to charge $1800 for their mistake.

Eric was very nice but my job was not completed correctly.

This guy worked all by himself - should not have done this. Did a very sloppy job. Would not hire him again.

After I hired them they did not come out the first week. On the second week, they came out but only cut my front yard and said they would be back to cut my back yard because they needed a smaller mower. 2 weeks later, they still never came back out and after I texted Eric he responded that I was not a good fit for his business and will not be coming out again. Would have appreciated if he told me this 2 weeks ago!

Their response was immediate. They were efficient, cleaned up everything as if they were never here. I recommend them.

This was a small job (removing two old shrubs), I asked for it to be completed within 2 weeks, it was done within 1 week, they showed up on the day the scheduled it, there was no damage done to any of the other plants surrounding the shrubs, in fact, except for the missing shrubs, you wouldn't have know they were there. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. The cost was far less than what I anticipated.
