ROI was an amazing company and we are so pleased to have hired them. The crew was exceptionally efficient, professional and polite. Every question and concern was addressed and explained thoroughly. The creativity of this company and the gentleman that were here were amazing. This crew worked from dusk to dawn and our front and back yard looks amazing. I recommend this company to everyone!

I gave ROI several opportunities to address their inability to get the sprinkler heads in the front yard fixed, I paid about $250 for a spring turn which left me unblocking heads and do the spray alignments myself. The sod that was installed was done almost two months after the order, I would give ROI one star but the sod was installed well. The owner is nice guy but a poor communicator and a little disorganized.

It happened kind of fast, actually. I wasn't expecting them to come as fast as they did. All the set up and payment was online.

The work crew was amazing with the dedication to their work. They were excellent with detailed work and completed it with the utmost professionalism. We will definitely hire them again for more work around and in the house!!

The workers did an amazing job and even gave me some tips on other things to be done in my yard. Unfortunately I did not know in advance what time the crew would be arriving and I therefore wasted an entire morning. I would only suggest communication f time with the customer.

I had several small projects that needed to be done.....hedges trimmed, a tree removal, leveling out some areas of depression in my yard. Eric and crew did all of this. They were on time, the jobs were skillfully done according to my specific requests, they cleaned up afterward and were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Eric was very approachable and easy to contact answering texts and phone call in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

The work that was done is exactly what I wanted, everything was cleaned up and all the work done came out beautiful! I will definitely hire them again if I need any other work done. Thank you Eric and your crew.

The deal was to install sod AFTER removing the existing roots (I paid them $700 for roots removal and the rest Is for sod installation). The roots were not removed, the guys dumped dirt to cover the roots thinking I would not find out. Doing this created uneven and bumpy area. I have a hill in the middle. very time I mow the lawn I feel the bumps because of the existing roots. Moreover, there are gaps between the pre-cut sod pieces which are inviting crab grass and Glovers. Moreover, the deal was to make sure that I have enough sprinklers to ensure I do not have dead spots. It did not happen as one side of the lawn (by the edge) is all dead. Finally, I noticed that those guys don t understand that the sprinkler PVC hose has to be buried 6- 8 inches under the dirt or the hose will be not survive one summer in the hot summer.

Left the job unfinished and asked for money to come back and finish.

They showed up as promised, but arrived with no tools and did not do the work in the manner that was discussed. The job was not done professionally.

Originally there was some things that I was not pleased with, however, when I talked to Eric he bent over backwards to try and make things right. I was happy with the finished product.

It was a pleasure working with Eric, the business owner.He was very responsive and willing to do extra to make us happy.
