Everything went great and was done quickly. We're going to have our cars serviced at Griffin's from now on!

Went Great, i dropped my wifes car off early Friday because my wife said it was making funny noises and we knew it was time to have the entire car checked. Bill the owner called me a few hours later to tell me what needed to be done and the importance of each repair (if i could wait and how long). I decided to get everything done since I have two young kids and want the car to be running perfectly.Bill was great start to finish, very friendly and very honest (the repairs came in $100 dollars less than what he quoted me on the phone) Also the mechanic working on the car was great he took the time to talk to me and show me a few of the issues that were happening with the car. I will be back for sure, i'm happy to say I have found my neighborhood mechanic!

The radiator had been replaced by another repair shop and the line leaked. I do most of my repair work myself so I new where the leak was and what the issue was. The problem was the fitting was the wrong one. I could not find the correct fitting. I called Griffins and ask if they could help and they did. Griffin found a fitting that would work and the issue was resolved. This save me from having to replace the radiator and two fitting which would have cost three times what I paid.

Went in without an appointment and was taken in promptly. Preformed service at a very reasonable price and applied Angie's List discount. They found a loose heat shield and fixed it at no additional charge. Friendly and very knowledgeable.

They were very fast and only had to have the car overnight. With all the repairs they had to do, I expected it to take longer. Very compasionate and competent!

Our 2007 Saturn Vue had a great amount of noise coming from the left front. Turns out it was the wheel bearing and needed replacing. Scott got us right in and it was replaced in a couple of hours and it's back to running nice and QUITE!

I've been cheated before when it comes to car repairs (due to my lack of car knowledge) and I don't want to be in the same situation. The owner of Griffin's Auto Clinic immediately made me feel welcome, explained to me (in lay-man's terms) each repair that was recommended for my vehicle and which repairs were higher priority than others. I never felt that I was pushed into a repair I didn't feel was unnecessary. During subsequent conversations, Bill discussed his business history and philosophy, his focus on family, maintaining technical education/certification, supporting the local economy, etc. I appreciate Bill's openness which helped establish a sense of trust. The repairs of my vehicle were in sync with Bill's personal and professional focus: all repairs were accurate, complete, and tested after implementation. Any concerns or issues I had were remedied (and validated as fixed by the Technician) before I received my car. All questions, concerns, or follow-up items were responded to quickly and precisely. Scheduling the appointment beforehand was easy via a phone call and a defined date/time for the auto shop visit. Follow-up letters and customer feedback are openly welcomed from Bill and his staff. The only small issue I have is that the clinic shop's location can be easily missed since it is not facing the main road (it is located within an commercial complex). I am pleased to have found a mechanic that has excellent service, quality repairs, and trustworthy business practices.

Excellent/reliable work, was referred to Griffin’s by a friend, professional, on time, and wonderful service.

I thought it was the steering and the car was making a loud humming sound. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately. They informed me the wheelbearings in the front were going out and the struts were too. The dealership didn't catch the problem two weeks earlier when they had it for a week to do a check-up. Griffin's explained everything to me. As a result of the repairs, the car runs much better.

The owner Bill Griffin and his mechanics went out of their way to ensure my problems got solved. Their service is superb and prices very reasonable. I would recommend Griffin's to anyone I know.

On Thursday, June 15, 2012 I called the GRIFFIN AUTO CLINIC to have my car serviced. My appointment was made for Monday,June 18, 2012 at 8m a.m. The early appointment was made so that I would not have a long waiting time to get all of the worked I requested. Scott was there on time to write out my work order. I asked for a Seasonal Car Care Package. This included the following:Transmission Fluid FlushTire Rotation ( I also asked to have my brakes checked at this time, and they were) with great results.A new Oil Filter was put in too. My work was done quickly and very professional by Bill Griffin (owner) and another worker.When I drove my 2008 Buick lucerene CXL out of that lot my car felt like a new automobile again. WOW!!! What a nice ride. I will be going back to my Neighborhood Auto Clinic again and I will tell my friends.

I called them and asked if I could in. They saved the tire and said it wasn't not in a bad spot. They plugged the tire and I was set to go. They checked all my tires to make sure the others were good. That was good service.

Everything went great. No surprises and the work was completed just as Scott said. Excellent work done by Daryl D.

I think Griffin’s is absolutely wonderful! I’m a regular customer, so they are willing to work with me on pricing and perform minor repairs for free. They’re excellent about answering questions over the phone, and they’ll always make time for me if I have an emergency.

They are absolutely wonderful! I think they’re very honest and hardworking. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

I did not pay anything the very last time I used them because they were rechecking something, but the time before that I spent maybe $250. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

My whole family takes their car there. They are reasonably priced. They also pick my car from my house and deliver it back once the work is done. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.
