 + -1 moreCompletely unprofessional technician. Employed bait and switch tactics and installed a costly system that I specifically declined. I've had to phone and write both ADT and Defenders to try to get the bill straightened out. It's still not settled. And I will need to hire someone to fix the extra holes in my wall. Avoid Defenders in Farmington Hills MI. There are other ADT providers out there.
