We first looked at granite remnants and then saw a quartz sample that seemed perfect. They let us take a sample home and worked with us on price. We looked other places but the service and price were not as good. Installation went perfectly and we love our new bathroom!

Everything with Cutting Edge went great. Everyone we talked to there was super polite and helpful. Their prices on tile were great. They didn't have quite as much selection as a place like The Tile Shop, but what tile they did have was nicer for less money. The tile we ordered showed up on time, and in good condition, no cracked or broken tiles. As far as the granite went, they had a good selection and good prices. We also really appreciated that they were willing to cut granite off of a slab for us for almost every type they had. That was something other granite companies weren't willing to do for a bathroom vanity, even a large one. Unfortunately due to scheduling issues with our contractor, Cutting Edge had to come measure for the install while we were away on vacation, but even without us there, they got it perfect. The end result is fantastic, it looks great with our new bathroom. Overall I'm extremely happy with Cutting Edge and would definitely work with them again.

Everything went well except the timeframe given for the installation arrival was not good. Expected them mid afternoon 2-4 ish did not arrive until 5pm. Had I known I would not have had to take time off...

Great! Elida was very helpful and even stayed late on a Saturday to help several customers. Person measuring was on time and professional. Installers we're on time, professional, did a great job and cleaned up well.

Original installation went well, but the kitchen granite cracked. The company was very responsive to the repair of the crack and followed up with no hesitation.

They did a great job on supplying the tile and putting it in. They do a crummy job on reworking the plumbing in the sink that I bought from them. They didn't do a real great job on the tile. I never called them back because I thought it would be too much of a hassle.

Everything looks great! We redid our master bathroom in travertine and had granite countertops installed in this room and our other two bathrooms. We had a couple of minor issues as expected in a project this large, but Andrei, Eddie and the crew were more than accomodating and quick to resolve. Everyone, including the showroom staff, was professional and friendly. We had a grout issue a few weeks later, and Andrei took care of it within days of calling him. Even our glass shower door installer commented on how impressed he was with the job they did compared to other bathrooms he has seen!

Installation was inferior. Granite is cloudy and not level. The company came out to address our complaints but nothing was resolved. They were not willing to do anything to fix the problems. Not only was the granite installed improperly but one of the counters even has a chip in it.


Update: July 20,2013

Cutting Edge has done nothing to correct the improper installation of the granite we purchased. We were never shown the whole slab of granite as it was outside in the snow, behind other slabs. We saw about 12 inches. Florin Pope from Woodland Cabinets stated the counters should be replaced, they in his opinion could not be repaired. We don't want a discount. We want the product we were promised. I believe this company doesn't follow through with the job promised at purchase. The man who came out to try to repair the improper installation, more or less stated there was nothing he could do to correct the problem. That is why he was asked to leave my home. By the way, there is a connection between Woodland Cabinets Direct
and Cutting Edge Granite. I'm sure you won't get an honest answer out of either company.

They have a lot of remnants in the yard. They do have a large selection of granite to choose from. I was not very happy with them because they did not cut the sink correctly. I specifically told them that I wanted quite a bit of overhang for the under mount sink and they did not cut it correctly. They did a very poor job with the edges. The edges were not even with the walls so my contractor had to do some corrective work. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
