We contacted this company thru Angies List and they promply replied. We made a date for a quote to tear down and install a like fence. They came promply on the day we agreed on for the dimensions and quote. Two weeks later we hired them. Our home backs to a golf course and we are on the second fairway, this fence protects us from wayword balls. We chose a shadow dog eared fence. They came on the day we agreed upon, tore down the old, installed the new and were gone at the end of the day before dinner. I would hire this company again and reccomend them to anyone, they were that good.

They came out to give me a quote for a fence and driveway gate. I never got a price from them. I called several times and heard every excuse you could think of. After three weeks of me calling them I was told "I think we lost your paperwork." I don't think they are a real company. Stay away.

sometimes i fail to remember that if I want a less expensive job done, I have to expect the poor customer service that can accompany that. These are the kind of people you have to pursue *consistently and passionately* in order to reach them. i didn't Complain when my initial voice mails Requesting an estimate were not returned, or when I didn't get a call--as had been promised--to confirm install. Installers were pretty efficient and nice. its the office/customer service that just sucks! When you finally get a hold of someone they're nice, reassuring, consoling, comforting, etc And then they hang up with you and it's like the conversation never happened. The whole operation could use a lot of fine-tuning before they get it right and can compete with the other strongholders in the local market. Meanwhile, you might pay less but there is undoubtedly the reason for that.
