I purchased two of these vouchers for detailing both of our cars. Steve and I had trouble coming up with a date for doing both cars on the same day when i could guarantee both would be at home. He was good about getting back to me and we were able to agree on a date. It was not his fault or mine that it took a few months to get together and I made it clear from the start that I wasn't in a big hurry. When Steve and Michael came out to my house, they did an incredible job on both cars, making them look like new. They were both professional and cleaned up the driveway completely when they were finished. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others. My husband was thrilled with the condition of his car when he returned from his trip.

Thy were higher than some of the previous offers but they were good.

It was very good service. They emailed me to let me know that they were very busy or something like that so it worked out fine.

Overall, the job was good but I've noticed a few things that really should have been done that weren't. My windshield and back window both look like they were never cleaned. My sunroof was never touched and neither was the ashtray. Just a few little oversights but they were noticeable.

They were responsive. They came to the office and completed the work. They did a good job. I would recommend them.

He did an amazing job, the car looks like new, inside and out. With two young children, it was in pretty bad shape. Steve was extremely courteous and responsive. He called to verify our appointment, and called the morning of the service to confirm we were still on and give us an ETA. I highly recommend The Vehicle Services Group!!

Even though it was frigid cold Steven and his son came out and did a great job!

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It worked out very well. They came to my house and did it for me on a Saturday which was perfect because I work during the week. They coming on a Saturday was really very nice of them to do that. It was a gentleman and his son and they brought their own compressor and shampooed the whole inside of the vehicle and the wheels, everything. The car really looked good. I was trying to sell the vehicle which as a result I was able to sell it very quickly.

It went great. Nice people, hard working, and great job.

It turned out wonderfully. It was the second time that I had used them. I would use them again. I would recommend them highly to anyone. I think it should've been $20 more.

work was good. had trouble hooking up - equipment quit - forgot to call to say wasn't coming.

It took a long time to schedule the detailing from the time we agreed to it. Schedules didn't seem to mesh. But the results were very nice.

I made the purchase on 10/8 and filled out the information form with my contact information and stating that I would like the service performed at my office. I received an email from Angie's List saying I would be contacted to set an appointment by 10/10. On 10/9, I sent a message through Angie's List to change my preferred location for service. I received a message back requesting that I be patient because it was a really popular offer, but saying that I would be contacted soon for an appointment. As of 10/18 (10 days after purchase), I had heard nothing further from The Vehicle Services Group and had not been contacted for an appointment. I sent a follow up message. I received a response claiming that he did not have contact information for me and was again told how popular the offer was and how business the provider was and admonished to be patient. Even assuming he did not have contact information, this was not satisfactory. We had exchanged messages through Angie's List. If he, in fact, did not have my contact information and was trying to reach me, he could have sent me a message and asked for my information. This should have been done far before 10/18. I am disturbed and concerned that he could not even schedule an appointment in 10 days time. If setting up an appointment takes more than ten days, when can I expect the service to be performed? This is particularly troublesome with winter approaching. In fairness, he did call me the morning of 10/19. I was at my gym and he said he could not hear me, but would call back within a couple of hours. He called back about six hours later while I was at the Fox Theater and could not answer the phone. At this point though I have no confidence that an appointment will be set and the service provided in a reasonable time.

It went wonderfully. We're repeat customers. We've purchased 3 deals from them so far. My car is the cost of the deal but for the van we pay extra but we understand why. We had the service done when we wanted and they came to our house to clean our cars.

I couldn't be more happy. I would absolutely have them again.

Professional, courteous and prompt. Owner kept in contact throughout scheduling process. Auto was restored and we were very pleased with the work performed.

Needed to cancel one appointment because of equipment problems. But rescheduled appointment on time, worked for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. to complete task. Since I lived out of their service area I had to pay extra fee. Also with "heavy" load of dog hairs had to pay extra fee. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise:Well satisfied.

EOverall it was a good experience. I believe I saved about $40 -$50 dollars from a detail shop for this Angie's List Special. Due to the overwhelming response it took about two months to get this transaction completed. Two people came to my wife's work to clean the car. She took the car to her work because it was closer to the headquarters of Vehicle Services Group. Going beyond their defined distance would have resulted in a higher price. The only concern I had was the team could not get out all of the salt from the carpeting on the driver's side. I do not know if this was due to the portable equipment from the truck or that this is a three year old car. I am going to have it detailed again at a place of business where I drop the car off for cleaning for comparison. The people were very professional. It was very convenient to have the team come to a place of business and work on it during the course of a day instead of dropping it off and picking it up. At the very least I would recommend this business be considered for the positives listed above.

He was over on time and did an excellent job inside and out.A beautiful wax job that made the truck look like it had been clear coated. I was very happy with his work and would definetly use his services again !
