Steve came to the house and did a wonderful job even in cold January! He made sure that the temperature was high enough for effective steam cleaning. I haven't cleaned my car in a long time and he cleaned the inside so well, just in time for us to welcome our first baby in about a week. Great work that is much appreciated.

The whole experience went very well! He came out to my house to detail the car, not only was he thorough with the cleaning, he was professional, efficient and did an exceptional job communicating his location and confirming our appointment the day before it happened.

They came to my home with all equipment and just needed access to water. Car was meticulously cleaned inside and out. Great job and good price.

Nice to have a mobil auto detailing service available in south Washtenaw county. Steve is very courteous and friendly. He explains his service and costs well. He communicates his arrival status well. He carries a small generator to supply his own power when needed. He leaves no used supplies behind. His steam cleaning really worked well on the light grey floors and floor mats. Side panels, horizontal panels and cubbies were cleaned well. Glass and headliner cleaning was good. 2+ hours on this minivan. Overall very good experience. Cash transaction. Would use again.

We bought a used car and Steve did a great job cleaning it up the best it's going to look and smell. He was also flexible with setting up an appointment, which was same week I first inquired.

I purchased a F-150 super cab from a construction company to be detailed inside and out. Very dirty used as a work truck, coffee stains, and pop stains as most work trucks have. He said he would show up about 9:30 am where I work two days a week to clean the truck. Uses steam and bio safe chem to clean with. He was on time. He had everything he needed water, power(generator) ,etc. Got started and did very good job I am very happy with the results and will use him again and recommend him to others It took him a lot longer then he thought it was going to take. Yes, I was charged for extra to being extra dirty He was here about 5 1/2 hours working non stop. I would say 98 to 99% of all stains are gone and it looks like a brand new truck. I purchased deal in March 2015 but had hard time getting provider to schedule an appointment. Finally done on May 25th. He may have taken on too many jobs with the Daily Deal. I was expecting a paste wax instead of a liquid wax, otherwise service was satisfactory. Steve was friendly and professional.

It went excellent Steve showed on time as promised did his job even though it was very hot he took his time and treated my vehicles like they were his own and they cleaned above my expectations , I have used him int he past and is very satisfied with his work.

They said they would charge extra for how big my truck was but in the end they did not charge more. They detailed truck for sale price. They did a good job.

The service they provided was ok. They are a mobile service but I would get better quality if I went to a shop.

Considering that they had to bring every thing with them in the car they were driving they did a very good job

Just didn't seem very responsible on the phone. It was one of the Big Deal offers. I called them before I bought the package because I wanted it done right away. They said no problem, they could do it quickly. I bought the package, then the story changed. Now, it would be a couple of weeks or so. Because I insisted, they eventually came out within the week, but had an attitude about it. They did do a good job.

Mr. Trotter did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I am very detailed and particular and I must say he cleaned my car the best I have ever seen. He was a pleasure to do business with and he provided the utmost professional detailing job I have ever received. I will tell all of my friends about him.

The two men showed up when they said they would, did a great job of detailing my car, and left in the amount of time they said they would. My car looks brand new again!

The Vehicle Services Group hasn't been responsive enough to begin scheduling and it has been almost a month. I am submitting for a refund.
