I spoke with the owner after giving him some tentative dates to have the service completed and he let me know that he would not be able to do any of those dates but would get back to me to schedule the service. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from him so I have decided to just get a refund from Angie's List. He was very nice and polite but needs to follow through with communication a little better.

They came to me and they completed the detail in about an hour. The detail wasn’t perfect, but it was ok.

They came to my office and they did a good job. I wasn’t disappointed and I used them again.

That was great. Everything was fantastic. It was actually purchased as a gift for my father. They met the appointment. They came to his house. They were very courteous. They did a fantastic job of the service that needed performed. I believe it was their personal service and communication back and forth while on site because he is retired so he was there the whole time and they were very courteous about that.

Steven is absolutely fantastic, professional, thorough, and kind. We'll definitely have him back!

Everything turned out well, and I was happy with the service. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule a few times, they did good work, and they showed on time. I also appreciated that they still honored the deal even though it had expired.

Service was provided as agreed. Servicer was prompt and professional. We did have trouble scheduling a time due to weather and schedules not matching, so it took longer than I would have liked. Not necessarily the fault of the provider, however.

I was very pleased with the results. Communication was excellent and Steven was able to work me in his busy schedule at short notice. He dodged rain drops and I appreciated getting it done on a rainy day....very professional.

It went very well and it was great. They made my car look new. I did not believe they can make it that good because it is an old car. They were very professional but it was not stock up. They was nothing left in my drive way and finished what he did. One of the things I liked was he took a while because he had a larger response to it than he expected but he always kept in contact with me because I bought the coupon in November or December and I had not had the work done until May. But he contacted me almost every week. He was into it and it was not like I don’t have to chase them. What he did was more than worth it. The quality of work was excellent. He came exactly on the day he said he would come.

My experience went really well. They did a very thorough job. I had to reschedule a few times due to the weather. My car looked new when they were done. They were able to come to my home to perform the service.

Steve and his son did a excellent job. Both cars look like they just came off the assembly line. I can not say enough about the great. I will be scheduling bi-annual detailing with Steve.

I thought he did a very good job and that he was a good guy to work with. He was extremely thorough and service oriented.

They did a good job for the most part, but they weren't able to fully clean some problem areas on the car's interior as well as some tar on the car's rocker panel. Aside from this, the scheduling was relatively easy, they showed on time, and they did the work as specified in the deal.

It was a pleasure to work with Steve. My coupon ($109 for auto detailing) was purchased last fall, but due to weather conditions and scheduling conflicts, I was not able to use the coupon until this spring. Steve had accurate records of the transaction and was prompt with his phone calls and/or emails as we worked out a time for the work to be done; and he also gave a confirmation call the day before and a call from the road with his arrival time. I am so happy with the work that he did! My car has not been this clean since the day I bought it. In particular, he got crumbs and paper bits and other 'stuff' out of those hard to reach places between the seats and around the console. It was immaculate. The windows sparkled, it smelled fresh and clean (not perfumey), and the exterior shined. Every square inch was attended to. I like that he has a mobile service, so he did the work at my home - no dropping the car off for several hours and then arranging rides to pick it up. There was an extra charge ($15) because my location is in Washtenaw County, but he told me of that at the very beginning so it was not a surprise and it was not a problem. I highly recommend his services and will most certainly call him again when it is time to detail my car.

My original order was dated 10/16/2013. We were never able to agree on a service date.There were 3 separate notices about extra charges that would apply in addition to the original 109.00 that had been paid. After multiple attempts to schedule an appointment and the third separate notice of an additional charge' I simply decided it had been too much hassle. I requested a refund of my $109.00. I have been waiting for the refund since 11/19/2013.

Then we were attacked by the polar vortex. He needs 40 degrees and we have not seen it.

They always do a good job and I always look for their deals. I will use them again. They got the job done in about an hour and a half. There were 2 guys working on it. This is the fourth time I have used them.

Very nice guy, but for the cost I was expecting my car to be spotless. Lots of crumbs left in the hard to reach places and didn't smell good when it was done.

I wasn’t too happy with this deal. It looked fine immediately after the job, but the next day the polishing was unevenly done and thus not uniform. They also left residue on the driveway. Not recommended.

He was really nice and did a really good, thorough job. He did the detailing in my driveway at my house; he brought his own things. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him. He was right on time and went straight to work.
