Description of Work: Shortly after purchasing, I received an email stating I would have to be patient with scheduling due to the high purchase volume and wet weather. I placed a call to him trying to schedule and he stated over 1 mo away. I informed him that we were trying to sell the vehicle and was there anything that could be done to speed up the process. He stated that he would call me back. I waited for 1 week then found a local company that detailed the vehicle and steam cleaned the engine for $19 more. The local company detailed my vehicle within 2 days and I applied with Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: Well, so I was apprehensive about paying for a service that I did not receive to begin with... But when it took 4-5 days for communication from the provider, and then was given an estimate of 30 days until they could provide service, this was not a good experience at all...

Description of Work: I emailed the provider the day I bought the service to request a date of service, and his response was vague and didnt answer my questions, I then emailed him again to ask how the process of scheduling worked, he once again gave the same response with no clear direction of how the appoitment would be scheduled, at that point I told him I would like to cancel and then he called to try to schedule, we confirmed a date, he then called back and changed that date, and then didnt follow directions I gave him and asked that he only call me that morning of appoitment if he wasnt going to make it due to weather, I was at church that morning, and he called several times and finaly left a message that since I wasnt available by phone he would need to reschedule, which I then pointed out that was not our converstaion the day before, and he said he forgot to get my address...at that point I had had it with his professionalism, and told him he had this information in the original purchase, he would talk over me during the conversation and the client service he is providing your clients, is just horrible.Client service is everything when you own a business, and he apparently doesnt put this " ISM" as a priority.

Description of Work: Outstanding service and professionalism. Steve made every attempt to accomodate our schedule (thanks Steve!) and I was able to give my mother in law this for a Christmas gift. Description of Work: I purchased two $99.00 "special deals" for detailing our two SUV's. My husband's vehicle was EXTREMELY dirty, with multiple carpet stains and overall poor condition, so much so that I refused to ride in it! But by the time Detail Xperts were done, it looked BRAND NEW!!! I'm now PROUD to ride in it!!! Additionally, due to our work schedules I had to reschedule our appointments MULTIPLE times over several months, often at the last minute. But that was no problem for Detail Xperts!!! They were extremely nice about it and accommodated our schedule changes EVERY TIME without hesitation!!! I just can't say enough about the quality of their work and professionalism! I certainly will use them again!!! You will absolutely get your $99 worth (and more)!!
