 + -1 moreFirst off Steve was on the ball and so organized. He was easy to communicate with, always letting me know the status of my appointment even when he was backed up. Even when we had to reschedule to do rain, he still go me in asap and was always communicating with me every step of the way. Steve and his team arrived on time, were extremely professional, fast and did an amazing job. I swear my SUV looked almost new again, which I thought was impossible with a 2 year old:) I would choose them again, and can't thank them enough for the great job they did!

 + -1 moreSteve is an exceptionally conscientious person who focuses on customer satisfaction first and foremost. Everything he says and does is aimed toward providing excellent customer service. Steve is a pleasure to be around. He was responsive, courteous, personable, and respectful at all times, and he persisted in making an appointment even when my busy schedule seemed to make it impossible. He communicates both by phone and email. I prefer email because it is difficult for me to answer phone calls during the day. I will definitely use this service again.
Description of Work: The Vehicle Services Group LLC came to my house on a Sunday morning and detailed the inside and outside of my six year old Toyota Camry in my driveway. There was no predetermined time limit; they cleaned the car until it was clean, which took about three hours. They were able to remove pet hair and coffee stains that had been there for years. They do not apply deodorizer unless you give your permission (thank you!). Their only requirement was access to a grounded (three-pronged) power outlet. I especially liked the patented steam-cleaning process used to "wash" the car because no water source is required - they bring everything. The steam-cleaning process also means that there is no water run-off containing chemicals, possibly seeping into flowerbeds. Besides the steam-cleaning of the exterior body and the interior carpeting, they also waxed and polished the car, deep-cleaned all surfaces and compartments, and polished the tires and wheels. They only used professional products, i.e. their cleaners did not leave behind unwanted residue or oily surfaces (like Armor All would). All their cleaners are bio-degradable, which was important to me, and only leave a faint, pleasant odor.

 + -1 moreSteven was incredibly professional. He pursued me in order to schedule a time for the service, a fine example of customer service that certainly set him apart from others. Steven confirmed the details of the service, date and time for absolute clarity. W hen Steven and his sons arrived, we made arrangements for them to have access to electricity and water they would need. They were quite independent, though they provided detailed information about the tasks they would be undertaking. They explained exactly what they would do and went to work.They finished in record time (in my experience) and since they use a steam cleaning method, the car did not have to sit and "dry out" after the service; it was ready to use right away. Steven and his sons were good natured, well prepared and delightful. I would not hesitate in using them again.Well done!

He called before he arrived and let me know he was on his way, and when he'd be there. He arrived with two of his assistants. They were professional and friendly. They worked steadily in the hot sun until it was completed. The job exceeded my expectations. Mr. Trotter is an expert at his business.

 + -1 moreWe played a little scheduling back and forth because both sides were very busy. Do not get discouraged if they cant get to you right away, they are well worth the wait. Call them, I know I will for our other cars.
Description of Work: I had a vehicle that had not been driven in 6 months. It was pretty gross on the inside. Well I decided to have it detailed hoping it would get me through another yer or two....boy was I aiming low. These guys worked magic on my car. I had some areas that had mold on the carpet (From moisture) and a year or so of car seat crumbs. The car is absolutely new again. We bought it used in great shape but this thing looks newer than the day we got it.

Steve Trotter called me after a couple of weeks to set up an appointment to come to our home and detail the car. I indicated to Steve that this was a gift that my husband didn't know about yet and he told me to just call when we were ready. On the scheduled day Steve and his associate were prompt and ready to work. They brought all the supplies they needed and worked straight through for about two hours until the car was perfect inside and out. We were very pleased. We intend to tell everyone about this great service and what a wonderful job they did.
Description of Work: My husband's car was completely cleaned and polished, inside and out, so it looked as if it came off the showroom floor.

I had only purchased one package but asked if they could add my husband's truck to the mix and they were happy to do so. This was a father/son team and they not only seemed to be "good and personable people", but also displayed a great work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. I only wished they had cleaned around the interior of the gas cap door (it is great to have a super clean vehicle but disappointing to realize how dirty it was when I went to pump gas).

Description of Work: Took my sister to the airport to fly out to LA for her 60th birthday celebration with her daughters and she left her car in my driveway. Thought a car detail would be a great gift when she returned, on very short notice (same day) e-mailed the Detail Xperts through Angie's List, got a call back in less than 2 hours. Luckily for me they had a cancellation and came right to my driveway and worked a solid 2 1/2-3 hours on her car, it looked like new! No soaked carpets or wet smell at all, very nice steam clean service, just call them! Prompt, professional, friendly service, would use again and recommend to neighbors and friends. Thank You!

 + -1 moreSteve Trotter, the owner, called and/or emailed me several times to touch base, and was very helpful in shifting his timing to accomodate ours. (My husband's schedule kept changing) Steve answers emails & phone calls promptly as well, letting us know they were en route. Steve is very pleasant & professional, and the work that he & his assistant performed reflects real pride in a job well done. My husband's car looks amazing! We will use Steve's service in the future, no question. One word of caution - because they are so meticulous, this is not a quick process. Expect it to take 2 hours or more (especially when your car needs as much work as my husband's did) but it's well worth the wait.

They politely explained that, after offering the deal in Angie's List, they got a lot of work and I didn't sign up until the deal was almost over. They cleaned my car inside and out, even cleaning the tires! I was very pleased with the service and would use them again if I need to.

I honestly felt like I was in a new car again. He was very nice and courteous and I was happy to support him and his business. My only complaint is that the inside front windshield didn't come out as sparkling clean as the rest of the car, but honestly, it was a minor flaw in the work. I would recommend this company to everyone.
