They were very responsive to my wife's call to set up service. They showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. After they were done, they gave my wife an explanation of the services they performed and addressed any specific trouble spots. They cleaned up and were gone.

One of Angie's List's pre-pay deals. I'm getting ready to sell my car and wanted it cleaned and detailed professionally. It was difficult to schedule an appointment - kept getting rescheduled for various reasons. But they always called in advance if something came up and when the appointment did occur, they were a little bit early, did the work in about 90 minutes and my car looks great! Works out great if you don't want to take time off to leave your car somewhere - they came right to my home so I could keep doing other things.

They did a terrific job. My car looked better when they got done than when I purchased it. The leather on the seats were spotless and the shine on the outside just sparkled. They were professional, friendly and highly motivated. Would highly recommend this company!

The technique was amazing. They used steam to clean both the interior and the exterior of the cars. That meant that it dried sooner than when we have had detailing done in the past. The polish they used is holding up nicely, looks good and seems to be protecting the finish. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

My experience with the company was overall positive. The Father and son team arrived on time and worked on my vehicle inside and out for around 2 hours. The exterior was very nice, and shined like new when complete. The interior looked good, but asit dried it became evident alot of dirt was left behind. I was asked at the time of service if every thing was done to my satisfaction, and it was. It was only a few hours after the service when the steam actually completely dried that I was able to see the stains and spots re-appear. I still say my experience was positive

Purchased as part of special. Of course that created a lot of demand and it took a while to get scheduled. They did a good job of consistent follow up and reminder of set appointment. Detailed the SUV in shorter time then expected but pleased with the work. Thanks

The two gentlemen arrived at my residence on schedule and performed complete detailing services, including interior/exterior wash, tires, carriage, and windows. The upholstery and carpets were cleaned with extra attention given to some spots/stains on the carpet. They were very thorough and professional and I would absolutely use this service again!

These guys do a good job. I had never had complete detailing service, so I had no reference point when I discovered they didn't get into the hard-to-reach areas of the interior (between/under the seats). I sort of thought that was the point of hiring a professional service. Otherwise, they did the best they could do with my older car and their eco-friendly products and tools. Hope that rain isn't at all in the forecast on your scheduled day or you will need to reschedule. Overall good communication and good work.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS PERSONAL AND POLITE. APOLOGIZED FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO DO THE CARPETS, BUT THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS ACCEPTABLE

Not long after my order I received an email from Robert stating my appointment date. He then called ahead to find out where my car would be. He arrived at my place of work on time. He and his son worked on detailing my car for approximately 2 hours and it pretty much glistened when I came out to take a look. There was one stain there were not able to get out of the tan carpet. And the interior windows were left a little streaky, but overall I was very happy with their service. Very courteous, prompt and hard working, and did a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The two men were very courteous & prompt. They took a great deal of time, cleaning every detail of my van & when finished it looked almost new.. My only misunderstanding was the payment. I understood that everything would be charged to my credit card. I didn't realize that the extra charges were paid upon completion (the additional van & out of zone fees)

Overall experience was very good. Steven was responsiveness and understanding as we had to move the appointment once or twice due to scheduling conflicts. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical when they came to the house and said they didn't need to use a hose, but both vehicles looked great when they were done. The price was very reasonable (we purchased it through an Angie's List deal) and the work quality was very good.

I ordered this service for my husband's old toyota camry which was, to be blunt, a complete mess (bottles everywhere, food crumbs everywhere, food stains from teh children all over the back etc.). Vehicles Services Group came to my home and cleaned the car, as promised, so that it was literally "shining". The car was unrecognizable after they were done (it literally looked like it just came out of a showroom). Suffice it to say my husband was super excited with this surprise. The owner of this company is a true gentleman and is very patient in explaining all his services. More importantly, he was kind enough to reschedule a few times for me.I highly recommend this service especially while this amazing deal is still going on.

own a Jeep Liberty so the cost was $30 more. They came to my house and all they needed was electricity which they got from my garage. They steam cleaned the carpets and they came out great. Great wax job, rained a couple days later and the water beaded up all over the car. I would hire them again. This service was great for me so I did not have to take my car somewhere and get someone to pick me up and take me back to get the car.

They arrived punctually. Steve and his son. They were very proffessional and pleasant. The only thing that they needed was an electric outlet. Superior job and a fantastic service and price. What a great idea to do a mobil detailing service at the convinience of your driveway. I would highly reccomend them. I am so happy that I found them on Angie's list. When they were done they showed me the job that they did. Outstanding, vehicles look brand new.

We did have a little trouble getting a date set for the job to be done due to a great response to the deal and my schedule. Once we did get a date on the calendar, the owner came on time and he and his crew did a great job on my vehicle.

Steve did the work in the driveway at my house and the only thing that I needed to provide was a power source. I wasn't there at the time the work was done but my wife said Steve was very professional and worked hard at cleaning the Liberty up. When I arrived home Steve was already gone but the Liberty was shining (it's black), the chrome wheels were sparkling, the tires glossy and the interior looked great. According to my wife, Steve apologized for not getting all the stains my son left in the interior out but he did a darn good job nonetheless. It's way better than than it was and I'm very pleased with Steve's work. It was really a great job and I'd recommend Steve to anyone needing a detail. I'm so happy with the end result that I'm going to have Steve detail my pickup when I can get some time away from it.

It went well. They did a good job overall. On one vehicle we noticed that it looked like they had forgotten to clean one of the windows, but that was the only problem with the job and it was quite a minor problem. It was difficult to schedule a time with them because we live in Ann Arbor and they were coming out to AA from over an hour away.
