Steve and his guy were great!! Drove all the way out to my house near Milford and detailed my wifes Town and Country which was trashed from 4 kids and my 300- I didn't think he would be able to get the van looking as good as he did especially on the carpets and mats- Both cars look great. Nothing will ever be like new but Steve got them about as close as you can get! Highly Recommend!!

The guy was so good, he did such an incrediable job. I would highly recommend him.

It went very well. The gentlemen is just that, a gentlemen. He is very kind and very through.

I didn't have the work done. I found someone closer who would do the job for less money. I have a Chrysler 300C. He was very professional.

went OK, but I was hoping for more waxing than cleaning

The November/December weather did not cooperate very well while trying to schedule the detailing, but Steve was very flexible and worked hard to finally set up time prior to the end of the year. Communication was great throughout the process. After about 3 hours, the van looked great - 5+ years of dirt and grime was gone. I would recommend The Vehicle Services Group and plan on using the again in the future.

It was good, but scheduling was difficult or so, but I think it had to do with the weather, they didn't get good weather other than that they were good. I was happy with it. We were very happy and he did extra thing like steam cleaning my daughter's seat and he was very friendly. The guy's personality was great. He was fun to talk to. He is very personable. The price was great. He spend five hours or something like that on it. I would use them definitely in the future.

Everything went great and it's a service id like to get every 6 months or so.

Great job. Very thorough and love the results inside and out. The company even steam cleaned my little rugs that I use In addition to floor protectors clean. Steven was very friendly and helpful. Because the vehicles are steam cleaned, it was too cold to get the work done the week that I bought the deal. The Vehicle Services Group was very good about keeping me informed and accurately predicted that the weather would be warm enough in 10 days and to my surprise, it was. I have already received compliments and inquiries from my neighbors. I highly recommend.

The company has poor communication. Also stated that he couldn't provide service in cold weather. Well why would you run a big deal for car detailing in the winter if you cant preform the service. This is the first big deal I have ever purchased and it will be the last.

The provider doesn't communicate well. He offered a deal for services that can only be performed during ideal weather conditions and he can't do the service due to the weather. I don't think he should have offered this deal at this time due to the complications with the weather.

Thank you Steve for doing such a great cleaning on my car! Kept in touch with me about the ability to do the work depending on weather conditions. Once we had a warmer day we scheduled and he came out promptly. It was such a convenience for me to have them come to my residence vs spending hours in a waiting room. He steamed everything so it feels nice & clean. I plan on calling him next year before the snows hit our area.

The deal I purchased made no mention of cold-weather restrictions. Seller doesn't seem interested in performing the service purchased. I informed seller that I was leaving town in 10 days and needed the service done before that, but it had no effect. I think it was irresponsible for the seller to offer a deal at a time of year when he knew he might be unable to perform the service.

This is the second time we have used The Vehicle Services Group for detailing our car, and they do an amazing job, the car is like new! Steve is a pleasure to work with, excellent follow up and follow through, very reliable and gracious. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Steve came to my home and cleaned my car inside and out, thoroughly. He steam cleaned the interior and carpeting. The exterior was cleaned and waxed. the tires also were cleaned. Steve even cleaned an area sprayed by my grandson with sunscreen that I was unable to remove.

Prompt response after buying Deal. Came to the house and cleaned my Prius which was in pretty bad shape. Nice job.

It was a busy time for the provider and he was located in the Detroit area, so getting out to Ann Arbor took a little time, but it was not a problem for me so I told him to come when it make sense for him. He did an amazing job. Even my very reluctant husband had to admit that (1) the car looked brand new, and (2) it seemed like a very good value for the money.

They did a great job. They did the job quickly and I was quite satisfied.

He did a beautiful job. In fact, I work for a car museum, when my boss saw what a great job he did, she asked him to detail some of our museum cars.

I had been almost a year and the service still was not done. I just requested a refund. He was a nice guy on the phone. He just did not have a location to service you he had to come to you. But due to weather, he had to keep rescheduling. I think now he is just too backed up to service these deals.

He was delayed from the weather, had tried a couple times to get over..finally made it. Nice man, expected more with the hard areas ,like the car mats, was not able to clean them well only seemed to have a steamer.. Windows were rushed in my opinion, they were not exceptionally cleaned..Took 2 to 3 hours to do the work, by himself. Could have used some help. Maybe he worked too h****** the interior, it was exceptionally cleaned. no worries. had to remove some things I had left behind he found, so that may have taken more time. Did a good job, would use them again in a pinch..Not sure they did better than the big names like Jacs Carwash etc or the dealership.

All I can say is Steven did a phenomenal job! His professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting locations is a testament to his firm's level and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will certainly use his services again in the future, and be sure to let others know of him.
