I used a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for this. They rate pretty high from me overall and at the top of the scale for courtesy. They came to my driveway to do the work but I am not sure I like their style of detailing; I would probably prefer to take my car to a shop to have the detailing done. However, overall, it was a good experience.

Steven and his son did an excellent job of cleaning and detailing our two cars. He did such a good job on the first one, that I had him come back and do the second car. The second car was in much dirtier shape and had more stains on the carpet and floor mats and he got them all out. Great work at a great price.,

This company is very responsive - they returned my call on a Sunday to set up an appointment for an interior car detailing. They confirmed the appointment later that week and then called beforehand to say they were on their way. They did a good job, but I noticed a few areas they missed. Overall, I was happy with how it turned out, though.

Steven and his son, Michael showed up at my house exactly as scheduled, politely introduced themselves and immediately began work on my car. They spent several hours cleaning, polishing and checking their work. When they were done, I was encouraged to inspect their work and point out any concerns of which there were none. I emphasized that the inside glass was of particular concern and they re-cleaned all the glass to make sure everything was perfect. My only concern was the time it took between signing up with Angie's List and the actual service - 6 weeks. However, I will certainly use Steven again in the spring.

The overall experience was okay. Telephone contact and response was great. I had to reschedule because of work and they were understanding about it. The day of the scheduled appointment was not good. I recieved a call that they were on their way, and nearly an hour later they arrived. I told them the time frame I had available to them had just closed a bit and I needed and expected a finished product in the time they now had. The work was completed within the time, but extremely rushed. Finished product was acceptable.

The team was very professional, communicated to us what the procedure would be and how long it would take. They started on the vehicle and never stopped until it was completed. Overall we were satisfied with the results. The only negative was that because of the vehicle being an large SUV we had to pay more for the service that day.

There were scheduling problems both on my part and the contractors part. There was a big delay in getting it scheduled because of the number customers and weather. Unfortunately because of the scheduling delays I had moved from the area by the time it was scheduled. They did show up at my condo and contacted me several times to reschedule but due to my moving schedule the services never were performed.

Overall, The Vehicle Services Group was a pleasure to do business with. The owner is very polite and kind and was easy to communicate with. They (the owner and his son - also very polite) showed up on time on the day specified and spent two to three hours washing the exterior of the car and detailing the interior. Both jobs were very well done. The carpet and upholstery was vacuumed and shampooed. Some very minor stains and dog hair remained in the car, but in the past I have not been able to remove those either. Overall, a great experience... and it helped me to sell my car in one day!

Fine. Due to response the company had with their advertisement on Angies List they took a while to get to me. However, the job was worth the wait.

It turned out very well. They've done my car once before.

The car looked very good when done. But, when I then drove the car, I was looking through a dirty windshield. They forgot to clean the inside of the windshield. They should have had a checklist, check things off as they were done, and present the list to the customer.

When he was finally able to get around to us, he did an outstanding job. Due to weather issues, he was not able to make it twice when we had planned for this to happen. Totally out of his control.

Good. Nothing negative but nothing special. Pleasant person. Came to my home. Pointed out right away the small print, that is that the coupon covered cars but it was extra for SUVs He was correct. Did a good job.

Two person crew (father & son) arrived late but did call a few times explaining traffic was very bad (reason for "B" rating for punctuality) but still caused me to alter my days plan. Both people were very polite, got to work quickly and we had pleasant conversation. The exterior steam cleaning process seemed effective but unlike a complete washing seemed like it did not cover every inch of the exterior. The towel drying resulted in an overall clean car appearance. I could not verify the quality of their polish so I asked and they agreed to use the polish I provided (a well known highly rated paste type polish). One person polished the exterior painted surface while the other did the wheels & rims. It appeared to me as the polish dried to a haze some small areas were not covered and were not retouched. A small amounts of polish got on the vinyl trim, was not properly removed leaving white streaks which are very difficult to remove. Also, no special conditioning was placed on the exterior vinyl. The wheels were very nicely done and overall appearance of my car is nice. It is my opinion they are very nice guys but do not pay enough attention to the small details I have mentioned to get an "A" rating for Quality.

They steam cleaned the car and it looked great. I had a mark that ran the length of the car on one side and they were not able to remove that, they said it would probable take a buffing wheel but other than that it was a very nice job.

I was so pleased with Steve Trotter and the Vehicle Services Group LLC. Steve is a great communicator and kept me posted regarding when my appointment would be. Because of the great value of his service, when he offers a special, times book up quickly. Steve did a great job to accommodate a time that would work for me. He also did an amazing job detailing my car. I was so impressed! I will most definitely hire his companyagain to come and detail my car. Oh, and the best part is they come to your house. I could not ask for anything more convenient.

They were wonderful. I have a 12 year old Focus which has never been detailed and the results were way beyond my expectation. They got out stains I didn't even know I had. I am seriously considering moving into my car as it is now way cleaner than my house. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with their work and would definitely utilize them again. He was very willing to accommodate me and my schedule; he called before he came out and showed up at the time that we scheduled. Explained everything that he was going to do and any problem areas that he encountered. Gave tips on what to do to keep car's condition pristine.
