Did a very thorough job and were very friendly. Only difficulty was with scheduling - they are very overbooked and have a hard time finding a way to fit people in. Were very communicative about this, though. As long as your schedule is flexible a good choice.

Scheduling was difficult with weather and several instances of the company not being able to make it. The work was not that great. Large sections of the car were missed for vacuum and cleaning. Would not recommend this company.

The owner and his son came out to detail our Lexus 350. They steamed the paint which I'd never heard of and it was dull and dirty looking after even though it was steamed. They'd had a breakdown on their steamers that day so they were running behind. They did a nice job on the interior, just expected the exterior to look better. Would not use again.

I didn't know what to expect since I've never had a car detailed before, but I figured my 1998 Grand Prix deserved it. I couldn't be more pleased. I notice every time I get in the car how wonderful the interior looks. You get used to seeing faded, dusty areas and they went over the car inside and out and it looks wonderful. Even the parts of the brakes that you can see through the wheels are clean. I highly recommend this service.

Steve and his son came and spent two hours washing, waxing, steam cleaning, etc. it looked brand new. They are so nice and communicate in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again!!!!

The scheduling was delayed a couple of times due to the weather. The owner was good about maintaining phone contact. Overall, the work was completed as promised. They did a good and thorough job and I was pleased with the results.

Before the appointment, Steven called me to confirm time and place. When the outside temperatures dropped below freezing the appointment had to be rescheduled, because my car is stored outdoors and the steam cleaning doesn't work well when it is very cold. Steven was flexible and able to slot me in just a few days later, when the weather forecast was better. Steven showed up on time, after calling to confirm beforehand, and calling again when he was 10 min away. The car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, from the tires and glass to the upholstery. No more crumbs, sticky half eaten candy bits (I have kids), grubby windows. The cleaning took about 2.5 hours beginning to end. Yes, it is cheaper to take your car to the local carwash and pay them to "detail" it. But DetailXperts does it while you work, wherever the car is. They don't just vacuum it out and then spray shiny slippery goop all over it. They really clean it.

The company did contact us very quickly after this was purchased and wanted to get the job scheduled. When the time came, the guys came late, they did call us to let us know that they were going to be late. They said that they had a really big job before ours. They detailed my husband's truck and when they left we thought they did a good job. In looking at the truck further, we noticed that there were still bug remains on the front. Also, not sure what they used to spot clean the upholstry, but the product stained the seats making them look worse. Also, they sprayed something in the truck, which got on some painted surfaces, and has since eaten the paint off. I would not use this company again and am disappointed that the truck has cosmetic damage that cannot be repaired.

I had signed up through a special. Apparently, the company was overwhelmed by the response and I was quite a bit out of their usual area. I am probably at least 60 miles from their base. I had to wait a while to get a scheduled appointment because of the distance. On the day of my appointment, the owner showed up with his two sons. Everyone was very professional and polite. Unfortunately, their work was a bit incomplete. I have a Jetta station wagon and, after they left, I discovered that no one had cleaned under the rear seats and the rest of my car was not as clean as I had hoped to be. Overall, I would not use another service where the work was done in my drive way.

I had 2 addresses listed on Angies, they went to the first one, didnt verify the address with me before coming.. Seemed to be mad at me for his mistake. I encouraged him to change his practice, and make sure people havent moved before coming out. He agreed and was quite pleasant after that. Did a great job.

It was great! Got my car detailed at my house so I didn't have to wait or take my toddler out!

It was good. The only thing you will need to be patient to get you on the schedule.

Purchased the detailing service via Angie's List deal in November. Due to backlog and variable weather, firts appointment wasn't until late December. This was cancelled due to weather. Rescheduled and completed mid January. Great communication throughout the process and on the scheduled day. Arrived on time. They spent a significant amount of time on the vehicle so that even at the non-discounted price it is good deal. Quality of the work was very good.

Great! These guys did a fantastic job! I was very impressed. They were on time, thorough, and the job they did was spectacular! I would highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future.

A calamity of scheduling problems over several weeks prompted me to ask for my money back and cancel the whole thing.

They are very busy so had to schedule about a month after I bought the service but it worked out well.

The auto detailing was done in the Spring. Steve is a good communicator and wanted to service my vehicle properly. The vehicle was in perfect condition, inspected by the dearlership, and going up for sale as soon as the detailing was done. The SUV was empty and ready. The interior wasn't that dirty but I do have a dog, so there was hair. I was surprised that there was an extra $45 charge! The worst part is the engine was not detailed, which I fully expected, and the phone charger fuse was blown! I cleaned the engine myself. Then I had to pay $50 for service on the vehicle AFTER it was sold for the radio fuse issue. Still, Steve tries. Lugging around all that equipment and exertion. It's not easy.
