Steve and his son Michael were punctual and very professional. They worked non-stop on my vehicle for several hours. Now it looks better than it ever has! I couldn't possibly be more pleased and plan to make their services an annual Spring event :-)

Purchased the Angie's List deal for $99 car detailing. It was a little challenging setting up an appointment due to mother nature. But Steve was very good communicating and it was easy to reschedule appointments because unfortunately there were a lot of rainy days. The detailing was completed at my house which made it very convenient. The car looked great afterwards, looked like the day i bought it.

Steve was great to work with. From setting up the detailing date and time to confirming the appointment and following up after the appointment. He is very easy to talk to you on the phone and very enthusiastic about the service he offers. He showed up on time and delivered what he promised. We loved the fact that he came out to my wife's work... it could not have been more convenient. We would recommend him to anyone and use his service again without reservation.

First, being a mobile detailing service, their business is dependent on the weather. Steven was clear about this during our initial contact. While we waited for a break in the weather, Steven continued to touch base with me every few weeks to let me know that he hadn't forgotten about me and to schedule a tentative date. Michigan weather didn't hold for us that day, so Steven called me in advance of our appointment time to reschedule. Prior to the next appointment, he called to confirm our time and the address. Steven and his associate showed up on time for that appointment. Although they couldn't get it all, they removed more dog hair from the back of my Explorer than I ever would have thought possible. They really put in the time and did an excellent job, working around both my schedule and our fickle Michigan weather.

I ended up getting a refund on the Deal just because I wasn't able to schedule an appointment in the time frame I needed. They were polite and forthcoming in this and didn't waste my time trying to schedule an appointment they knew they wouldn't be able to keep.

Because this was a Angie's List deal, and the terrible weather we have been having it took a bit of time schedule my service. Steve stayed in contact, and we decided on a date (today). Steve confirmed the appointment via email, and called me an hour before his arrival. I had already taken everything out of the car, so they began work immediately upon arrival. The process took around two hours to complete (it had been awhile since I had the interior detailed). By the end of the two hours every inch of the car had been steamed, cleaned, and polished. The car looks like new - better than I could have hoped. They were even able to remove a bad stain on the headliner. Steve was very polite, and he could only be described as having wonderful customer service. You could tell he wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. This won't be the last time I use this service!

Steve Trotter and his son are very professional, speedy, thorough and polite. I've had them detail our vehicles a few times now and also just purchased one of their Big Deals as a Father's Day gift. I highly recommend them. :)

It was an excellent service. They were fine. I do not have a problem with them all. There is one thing and I'm not sure that this is a reflection of them or not but when they detail my mom's vehicle I don't know if our CDs are not in there or we just can't access them or but we have not been able to use those CD players on state detailed car so I am not saying they took it out and might have push the button. This may be just a coincidence I don’t know. They were good. They were punctual. They were here when they said they were going to be and maybe a little late but I understood that they have appointments before me. They were very thorough in the detailing. I would use them again. I just have that one below thing in the back of my mind what happened to it.

I am very pleased with the results. The car looks like new. They steam clean and paid attention to the details: leather seats, windows, trim inside and out. I purchased the the offer in the winter and Mr. Trotter was extremely flexible in coordinating a time that worked with my work schedule. The work was professionally done and I plan to use this service again and have recommended it to my friends and coworkers..

The $30 charged more for an SUV was a surprise which they said mentioned was in fine print, did not verify.

Very punctual and flexible. The 11 year old car looked like new inside and out when they were done. Two men worked for 4 hours. Fabulous job!

They arrived on time and did a good job overall. I think the console could have been a little better, but I am picky. They were very nice and worked hard, but they did not look that professional. I can say I was satisfied with the work and for that price I would probably use them again.

Steve does a fantastic job. Everything is steam-cleaned and my car looked like new when Steve and his son were finished. The only problem was several postponements, but those were all caused by weather concerns and couldn't be helped. Steve himself is friendly and professional. He communicated with me frequently before the appointment. I highly recommend this company and have told friends about them.

I bought this deal at the behest of my neighbor who had a great experience with this company. The guy who owns it is very accessible, very easy to approach, and always carries himself professionally. He came to my home punctually, completed the work and never bothered me the entire time. I gave him a $20 tip and he told me that it was unnecassary but I insisted because the work he did on my car and my husband's car was outstanding (I had all kinds of crap in their that was rotting from my children over the past few months). I have since used him for my other car and have told all my friends about him. Highly recommend.

You will not find a service this complete and professional anywhere for 4 times the price. The car was in bad shape. When my daughter came home from school she asked if Mom had bought a new car! (True story) What more can I say?

Very well... He showed up on time and professionally did his job took his time to make sure everything was to my liking, I really appreciate that, He also recommmend the steps and products I could use to keep my Suv clean and in top shape..

It was hard hard to schedule this group but once it was scheduled they arrived as promised and performed the work very well!

They "detailed" my car.

The job went well - took approximately 2.5 hours as they said it would. When going over the job before he left, I found one spot in the passenger door jamb that he took care of immediately. They were very courteous and professional.

Things went great. Steve was very courteous and attentive to all our requests.

The service provider, Mr. Steve Trotter, was very accommodating, especially since I live at a distance from his service area. He was prompt and courteous, getting the service done in less than 1-1/2 hours. My car looks and smells like new!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was real good and I would use them again. They were here when they said and they did a good job. They did the detailing in my driveway. I would pay them more to do a regular detailing because they were that good.

Because of winter weather and a cool spring, we had to postpone the detailing until the end of April. Mr. Trotter called before arriving. He arrived on time, went right to work and finished in approximately 2.5 hours. He only required electricity. This is a great service!
