The work done by The Vehicle Services Group LLC was good. They came out to my home to do it. They did a good job. Due to the weather, it took them awhile to be able to schedule getting it done, because we had a lot of rain here in Michigan. As soon as there was good weather, they called and they scheduled. They were here promptly and they did a good job.

Due to the weather, it took several re-dos before a date was set in stone. Mr. Trotter always kept up on his end, trying to keep a new appointment made, and eventually it happened. Most of the dog hair came out, but since the vehicle was several years old (13), it was very imbedded, and as such, some is still there. I did pay an extra $50 for the heavy dog hair. Some of the stains on the seats did not come out, either, but again, due to the age of the car, I was more interested in getting the majority of the dog hair out, and the other surfaces cleaned, which were done well. The only negative issue I had (and it's my fault that I did not contact Mr. Trotter, as I noticed it a few days later), is that there was a small tear in the back of my seat (driver's side) that had not been there before. My guess, because of the amount of dog hair, they were overly aggressive with the vacuuming! Since it was a few days later, and I didn't say anything, I figured I couldn't prove anything anyway, and again, it's a 13 year old car. I put that more on my not inspecting the car immediately afterwards. Overall, the company came out promptly, kept in touch, did what they said they would do.

I was not happy that provider was so aggressive about additional services; attempting to charge more than agreed. I was pleased that that they came to my work location for the day.

The Angie's list coupon was for car detailing. The offer is so popular and with the weather and my schedule, it took us awhile to get together. Today at 11:30, just as scheduled, Steve came with Michael and they made my car look marvelous! My car is an Escape so there is an extra charge, but I appreciate their work very much. They clean all the carpeted areas. They steam clean the interior of the car so all the windows and the dash, etc., are very clean. They clean the outside of the car, every nook and cranny. Even the wheels sparkle. Then, about 2 hours later, they are done and gone, leaving behind just a beautiful car!

Mr. Trotter was very professional. we came to a mutual understanding. any prior review has been rescinded.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The team did a nice job. They lost one of their steamers so they had to spend a lot of extra time. It took them the whole afternoon to finish the job. Overall, it was a good service. They were fast, on time, and they knew what they were doing. The only thing is that they have a similar price with the local car wash center where my wife went to and they have a guarantee that if there's a bad weather, she can come back within a 10-day period and they could repolish the car for her. But I thought The Vehicle Services Group did a good and excellent job, it was a good price.

Perfect. They were on time, fast and efficient, and the job they did was impecable.

Due to severe health problems, I knew that I would not be able to use my voucher by the expired date. Steve kept in contact with me and told me not to worry about the expiration date and just to get better. When spring came I emailed Steve and told him that when the weather was better I would like to make an appointment to have my car detailed. Steve called and then emailed me a date in June to have my car done. Steve was so great that he called the day before the appointment to make sure that I was allright and that he could come out to do the car the following day. They came on time and worked so efficiently. Once done, I couldn't believe that was my car.....they did a fabulous job and I was more than pleased with the job. I will use them in the future and I will refer them to anybody I know who needs their service. This is the best experience with Angies List; others have not come close to their professionalism, service and customer satisfaction.

I purchased a 'big deal' for mobile auto detailing. I received an email for scheduling shortly after. Steve was patient with my scheduling needs and was polite and professional. They arrived early for the scheduled appointment (only after asking if that was okay) and called before arrival. They spent nearly 2 hours working on my car in the 90 degree heat! After years of abuse by children and dogs the car looks better that I expected. Everything is CLEAN. I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. As noted in the fine print, I paid $30 additional to the 'big deal' price because it's considered a crossover vehicle. Worth every penny.

This is terrible. I regret buying this big deal. From the very start I was told because of the large demand it would be a while to get my truck cleaned. Then I was told about all the extra charges it would take to get the job done, dog fur, distance traveled, etc. What a giant pain! The work has still not been performed, it is 7/16, and it is not scheduled because he doesn't know when he will be out in the area, but I am still going to get charged a travel fee.

Outstanding. Steven was punctual and professional. My car had never been detailed and it showed. The dirt, stains and dog hair did not phase him. It was slightly more expensive as a result, but the caveats in the original purchase made it clear that could be the case, so I wasn't surprised. Except that the extra amount was less than I would have expected. Really pleased. My car looks new.

It worked out just fine. They did a nice job. The car was very clean when they were done. The car inside looked really nice. They worked hard. I would use them again.

For the price, the quality was fine. If you are looking for a complete detailing this is not the way to go but if you are looking for an excellent cleaning (except the windows), they did a very good job that you cannot get from Jax or any of the other "drive-through" auto cleaners I have found. What they did: 1) they cleaned interior and exterior, 2) they cleaned the carpets, 3) they treated the leather, 4) they (sort of) cleaned all windows - inside and out. What was not done that I typically look for in a detailing is: 1) no rub-out of surface scratches, 2) no engine cleaning, 3) no hard-wax "super-shine" that lasts for months.

Steve, the owner, kept in touch with me from Nov until he did the job in June. I have a 2009 Ford Focus and it looks like a brand new car! He and his son did a wonderful job, I will use them again to keep my car in like-new condition.

Several delays in the scheduling process. On the day scheduled they were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of work was very good. They were pleasant and easy to deal with.

The company did and excellent job. well worth the money. They were friendly and courteous.

They came and brought all of their own equipment and only need to use an electrical outlet to do their work. They are pleasant and just get to work and get it done.

There were no additional charges outside the big deal amount. I think I was pretty happy with them.

Communication and follow-up to schedule the appointment was excellent! Steve and his son did an exceptional job detailing the car. It looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Despite the overwhelming heat and humidity, Steven and his son Michael did a tremendous job on my car - it looks like new again! Friends and family commented on how clean and shiny the exterior and wheels are. And the inside is gorgeous - even the smallest cracks and crevices are sparkling clean and dust-free. I couldn't have asked for better results. Please note that I did have to wait two months for an appointment because of the popularity of the Big Deal I purchased. However, Steven was in email contact on a regular basis during that time to keep in touch and let me know when my appointment would be scheduled. It was worth the wait. The results were so spectacular and Steven's service so excellent, not only will I not not hesitate to use his services again, I won't think twice about any wait.

Did a very nice job...loved the convenience of them coming to MY house rather than me having to take my vehicle to a shop and find a ride back & forth.

had a problem with scheduling due to rainy weather. cancelled appts. twice. company was very professional and always contacted me with appt. updates and suggested times. finished in a timely manner.

Team of two showed up as agreed. There had been some delay due to weather and response to their special deal, which I was warned about and had no problem with. They got right to work and made my car look like new. This service is a luxury, since I could theoretically do it myself, but the convenience of having them come to me when it suited me ? plus the excellence of the work itself ? made it worth the cost to me.

They seemed to have an issue with scheduling because so many people use their services. This was why I was unable to use the deal I purchased for auto detailing.
