Steve and his partner did an excellent job. My car was spotless after they were done, never looked better. They were also very courteous, polite, and true professionals. I would recommend Steve any day of the week.

I purchased the Big Deal and Steven quickly notified me that it would be a few weeks until he could get to me because the deal had brought him so many customers. On the day of the appointment, Steven and his son arrived on-time, even calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. They went about their job professionally and my car looked great when they were done.

After much waiting due to an overbooked schedule (vehicle services group, not me), the service provider arrived I time and was extremely courteous and professional. He worked tirelessly for over 3 hours and my vehicle is pristine. While Steve was supposed to have a helper, an unforeseen emergency resulted in a solo act. Nevertheless the job was done well. Patience with scheduling is a must.

It took over a year for them to finally get out and do it but when they did it, they did a fantastic job. It was close to a year, it was months and months. They kept calling and saying that they were overloaded, we are overload, we did such a good job. Maybe 10 months, it was a very long time. It took close to 10 months to about a year, something like that. It was not over a year but it was a long time, considering. They a fantastic job as a matter of fact we ended up recommending them to my in-laws to do it and i think what they do is that they put the special deals on the back burner and whenever they, because they did my father-in-laws in about a week but he paid, he didn't get the special deal, he ended up paying full price which was almost double what the charge was. And I had bought a about two of them so we had the two cars done and they did them at the same time so I got two deals. It was $99 a piece so I got two deals, one for each one of our car. Again they did a good job but it was an unreasonable length of time to wait for it. I don't know that these big deals are so good because this buyer puts you on the back burner and pass you off because they have offered such a great deal that, you know, in my opinion nothing that they guys who are doing the work had said anything to that nature but they were doing other peoples because they manage to get my in-laws done within a week at the full price.And I understand we did a deal, we may have to wait a little but that's not reasonable. And again i get with the Bruce inspection, they would get a call or they would make an appointment, they just have to show up, don't need to be there, don't leave any information, leave a chaotic message with the number doesn't work out and then not get anything, i am disappointed with that big deal. They did a fantastic job but again because of the amount of months it took for them to get here, I can't give them a better rating.

As the service was performed at our house, and we didn't have a garage, the weather was a factor in when the service could be performed. The owner was very good at keeping us updated on when the service could be done. On the date of service, his crew was punctual to arrive on time, and did a very thourough job. We were very pleased.

It started out a bit rough. I pre-paid for the service in November of 2012 and due to weather and scheduling conflicts (both theirs and mine) we were unable to get the work done until May of 2013. I also had to pay a "surcharge" due to the fact that I was outside the "25 mile limit for the advertised deal", though I was informed of the surcharge prior to arranging for the work to be done. The work done by The Vehicle Services Group was outstanding and I was really impressed with what they were able to accomplish. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others based on the quality of their work though they would be in "the same ballpark" for similar services offered locally vs. their surcharges for traveling from Detroit to Whitmore Lake. Perhaps a "total estimated cost" clarifying what additional fees that might be incurred would be a good piece of information to include in Angie's List advertising.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. Even though it took a while for them to come up because they were so busy, they were on time and they kept us in the loop as far as when they were gonna be out there. When they came out, they were on time. They did a thorough job. They were very professional and very polite. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It took quite a while to get things arranged - but I was expecting this since I purchased this as a promotion through Angie's List. They arrived at my office about 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. I was a little put off by the gentlemen that showed up. No uniforms or even polo/T-shirt with the company name on them to let me know who they were. No business cards, or even general introduction. They showed up in a compact car, with the tools in the trunk. I was kind of expecting a van or truck of some sort. About an hour and a half after they started they were finished. I was in a meeting so could not review the vehicle before they left. At lunch I inspected the work. The obvious areas had been cleaned. The carpet was also cleaned and a stain I had on a rear seat was removed. However, I still found items between the front seats and center console ( a small package wrapper and piece of paper). The cargo hooks in the trunk area were not cleaned, and they did not remove the liner in the trunk area for cleaning either. All of the floor mats where treated with something like armor all and where very slick for a couple of days afterward. The windows where cleaned but not lowered to clean the very tops of them. It did not appear that any of the rubber in the window seats or door jams was cleaned or treated. The vehicle was supposed to be waxed, but to me it did not feel like any wax was applied. For What I paid for the promotional price, the service was adequate. If I had paid the full price of the service I would have demanded additional service or at least a partial refund.

I bought a deal off of Angie's (believe it was "half off") to have them come to me to detail my car. After repeated attempts to have them come to my work (my preferred location), finally agreed on coming to my house. They did not appear professional in dress or mannerisms. I was under the impression they would have everything they needed with them, but I had to supply water and an outlet. The car was fairly clean on the outside, and "cleaner" on the inside.

Was so impressed with his service that I referred him to my neighborhood association who worked with him to extend his services to our members. Thank you Angie's List for the great discount.

They do an awesome job. Only hitch is that the job can be delayed due to weather since the services are performed outside. But it is well worth the wait!

Father and son arrived a little early at my house but had called ahead to verify it was ok. They did a steam clean inside and out on my car. No mess and extremely clean. Very professional and quiet. Very satisfied with their work.

The detailing went very well. They showed up on time as agreed and did a nice job. Windows were a little streaked and a dark spot remained on carpet but overall things looked good. Scheduling had to be done well in advance due to busy schedules.

It took almost 3 hours because my car had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would use them again, they did an excellent job The only negative was the delay on the initial contact, but they said they were very busy..

They were great. This is the first time I am using them. I would use them again in the future.

After the need to reschedule a couple of times due to weather, Steve and his son arrived promptly at scheduled time at my home. They are conscientious and thorough. My car looks brand new! It could have been frustrating to have to change the appointment a couple of time due to rain, but this was overcome because of Steve's attitude and clear interest in providing a good experience and outcome. He stayed in touch to find a workable date/time when he and his son would not be hindered by weather to provide the best service. I'll use Vehicle Services Group again!

It took a little while to get it scheduled, but when they came, they did a great job. Came right to our house to detail the cars, which makes it very convenient.

I purchased a big deal from them. He called me and let me know that he could not get to the work any time soon because of being overwhelmed.
