Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My reason I joined AL was to not go through this experience. I called Sun, first plumber put down tarps & brought buckets. It was a mess, but he was prepared. I had to leave before he was done, when I returned in 4hrs the bucket he left under the access point was overflowing, the cap wasn't on tight. Mon.am they showed up to dig the outside, which I didn't agree to, I told them I wanted it to stop leaking inside,I was leaving town for a week that night.Someone showed up at 5, removed the old cap, without putting anything down,making a HUGE mess (ruining a carpet in another room)put on a new cap & left. A few hours later water was leaking like crazy out from the new cap, when I called back I was told to try to tighten it & they would get to it w/the right tools until the next day..which was too late. After thinking about it I used plum.putty & shut off the main valve & got a larger bucket, that stopped it for a week. Upon my return,I called 2 complain & we came to a compromise.

Service was outstanding from start to finish. I called Roto-Rooter and got an appointment immediately for that afternoon. The office followed up with a reminder call a few hours later and the plumber called just before arrival. He was very courteous and proficient and completed both jobs within minutes. Total satisfaction!

It was great! My husband was able to call Roto Rooter from work when he had a chance to leave to come home to meet them, and Roto Rooter worked around his schedule. Keith explained everything as he went and was very helpful.

The plumber arrived about three hours after we called, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He did everything he could to unclog the system without having to bring in the machine, which was going to cost more. When he realized the machine was necessary to complete the job, he helped move things in the bathroom to make room for it.

Good. Roto-Rooter was prompt, professional and reasonable in pricing. Work done day after Thanksgiving Holiday. Other companies could not even give time, when they could come out.

The service visit went well. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up after his work.

The toilet on the second floor was leakin down into the kitchen. Roto Rooter called me and my tenant before arriving to fix the problem. The work was done, and a very reasonable $165 was charged. They came out again the next day (a Sunday)because there still was some leakage.

Excellent. The worker arrived right away and was very professional. He had to go out to get a special saw for the job, but did not charge extra. I would definitely use again.

THEY SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE AS SOON THEY COULD. THEY DETERMINED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND GOT IT FIXED. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AS WELL AS THEIR PRICE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND SHOWED UP THE SAME DAY WE CALLED THEM. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.

I HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD HEARD MANY GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM. I WAS PLEASED TO LEARN THAT EVERYTHING I HEARD WAS TRUE. THEY WERE HARD WORKERS. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY, AND FOR AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID AT ALL. THEY SAID THEIR PRICE ON THE WEEKEND WAS GOING TO BE THE SAME AS THAT ON THE WEEKDAYS. BUT IT'S NOT, THEY CAME OUT AND OVERCHARGED ME. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME.

THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THE HIGH PRICES. HOWEVER, THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS WORTH IT. AFTER THE GUY LEFT, I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE WATER PRESSURE. I CALLED HIM AND HE CAME WITHIN TWENTY MINUTES TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THE BEST THING ABOUT THEM WAS THEIR PRICE. THEY DID NOT CHARGE AS MUCH AS OTHER COMPANIES WOULD HAVE TO DO THE WORK.

I HAVE USED ROTO ROOTER FOR SIX YEARS NOW. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ROTO ROOTER FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS.

THEY FIXED AND INSTALLED PIPES IN THE BATHROOM. THEY DID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PRETTY REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICE.

THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE USE THEM WHENEVER NEEDED BECAUSE THEY ARE SO PUNCTUAL AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS ALWAYS GOOD.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. IF I EVER NEED THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM.

I THINK THIS COMPANY'S PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I COULD NOT FIND ANYONE ELSE THAT WOULD DO THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE HOUR. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY HAD THE CLOG OUT IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPENSIVE. WHAT I WAS NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH WAS THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT REPLACE MY DRIVEWAY. THEY JUST LEFT IT TORE UP. THEY ALSO INSTALLED ANOTHER CLEAN-UP LINE THAT I DID NOT NEED.

ROTO ROOTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE OVERALL QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. THEY ARE A VERY TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY AND VERY RELIABLE. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID AT MY HOME.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I ALSO THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE MUCH LESS THEN I ANTICIPATED.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. ONE WORKER SPECIFICALLY, LARRY, IS THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVER MET. HIS WORK QUALITY IS CONSISTENT, AS IS HIS PUNCTUALITY. WHENEVER I NEED ANY PLUMBING DONE, THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT I CALL.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS NOW. THEY DO A GREAT JOB WHENEVER I NEED THEM TO. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
