Description of Work: I had a leak in my basement floor drain. I called roto rooter. They came out right away. I don't think that roto rooter could have helped my issue I think it was my city sewer system's problem. Anyway, he cleaned my kitchen drain in the basement which hadn't been cleaned in over 20 years. I don't believe the 2 issues were related at all.

Description of Work: John came early and check the problem with my sewer? because it flooded in the Laundry Room. Anyway , nothing was wrong with my plumbing. The pipe has a leaked and will need to be fixed which my brother can fixed.Thats it. no charge, just a mere thank you!

+ -1 moreI WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID AT ALL. THEY SAID THEIR PRICE ON THE WEEKEND WAS GOING TO BE THE SAME AS THAT ON THE WEEKDAYS. BUT IT'S NOT, THEY CAME OUT AND OVERCHARGED ME. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME.
Description of Work: THEY PUT A SEWER SNAKE DOWN THE DRAIN TO CLEAN OUT THE PIPES LEADING FROM THE HOUSE TO THE SEWER LINE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND SHOWED UP THE SAME DAY WE CALLED THEM. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT REMOVED THE STOOL AND THEN WORKED ON THE SEWER LINE. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A MAIN SEWER PIPE AND THE STOOL.
