Description of Work: I had a leak in my basement floor drain. I called roto rooter. They came out right away. I don't think that roto rooter could have helped my issue I think it was my city sewer system's problem. Anyway, he cleaned my kitchen drain in the basement which hadn't been cleaned in over 20 years. I don't believe the 2 issues were related at all.

Description of Work: John came early and check the problem with my sewer? because it flooded in the Laundry Room. Anyway , nothing was wrong with my plumbing. The pipe has a leaked and will need to be fixed which my brother can fixed.Thats it. no charge, just a mere thank you!

+ -1 moreTHE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THE HIGH PRICES. HOWEVER, THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS WORTH IT. AFTER THE GUY LEFT, I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE WATER PRESSURE. I CALLED HIM AND HE CAME WITHIN TWENTY MINUTES TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
