Salesman was great, no pressure, and completely honest. Product just wasn't in the right price range for us.

They had to come back twice to put the molding on correctly after laying the floor. About 1.5-2 years later, my floor started buckling. I've called several times and they are very polite but they have sent someone out twice to look at the floor and no one ever calls me back in regards to the actual repair. I don't want them to wait until after my warranty is up.

Gary Novak came and gave me an estimate. They came the next day and did the work, put in quarter rounds and put in laminate over carpet, so that it would look neat for other rooms. Gary also brought in all samples, not just what I asked for, 2 needed assistants and he gave me excellent advise.

They did a fantastic job. Was here a half hour early and finished in 4 hours. Amazing! Cleaned up after the work was done. All the guys were very nice and informative. Would definitely use Empire again.

From the moment I called for an in-home estimate, to the end of the carpet installation, they were efficient, timely and professional. They did an exceptional job with the installation and were extremely careful not to damage our newly painted walls! Our sales representative Arnie was knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. I wasn t totally satisfied with this service as the man that came out to take up the old rug, didn t get up all the padding, and the new rug felt like it had lumps in it. I complained to Empire and they immediately sent a man back to my home and fixed this for me. They even gave me some extra rug which I used in my living room. I would recommend them and will use them again.

They are very kind and considerate of their customers. I was so upset when they could not come out that day because of bad storms. I was eight months pregnant and had to try and move things myself. Due to the fact that I was so upset at the delay, they give me a large discount. I guess that really made up for the delay.

Empire Home Service responded to our call very quickly. They were very thorough in explaining the process to us. I was happy with the way they were able to get the job done so fast. A bit expensive but it looks pretty good.

I was satisfied with Empire. They even came to my house to do an in home estimate and color selection. Then they installed the carpet the next day and it only took them a day to install it. I think their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and they have good products.

Representative came out on Thursday. Gave me and my husband extensive information on the laminate flooring. Gave us an estimate that was totally unacceptable for a half bath. After my husband haggled with him, he made that infamous phone call to the manager (that all salespeople seem to make) and dropped the price by $400! The work was performed Friday the very next day and I was more than pleased with the results. The floor is beautiful. There was some very ugly looking caulking around the base of my toilet. Since they took up the toilet before laying the flooring and then put it back afterward, the base of the toilet is no longer an eyesore. Workmen did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I had carpet put down a couple of months ago by the same company, with the same excellent results. Don't be afraid to negotiate a price that's right for you.

Would never hire them to do any work in my house!!!!!!

This installer was great. What started out as a simple project ended up being a much bigger job. The installer went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was going to work right and look good in my bathroom.

Installers arrived promptly at prearranged time. They moved all the heavy furniture. They were friendly, polite, and worked consistently until job was finished. They removed old carpet and replaced the furniture.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. I THOUGHT THE FLOORING TURNED OUT REALLY GOOD. WE DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE USED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES.

SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORKMANSHIP WAS QUICK. EVERYTHING CAME OUT GOOD.

Their pricing was in a lump sum; I would have rather had everything split up. It was a little confusing. They did give me a discount because I was asking questions about the billing. I do like the blinds very much.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH FOR AS LITTLE CARPET AS THEY USED, BUT I GUESS I DID GET A THICKER PADDING AND THE TACT STRIPS. I ONLY COMPLAINED ONCE, AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY GAVE ME A TEN PERCENT DISCOUNT.

THIS COMPANY WAS OKAY. THEY WERENT EXCELLENT, BUT THEY WERE OKAY. THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK WERE JUST OKAY, ALSO. WE DIDNT REALLY HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY JUST DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND THAT WAS IT.

THIS COMPANY CAME AND DID THE MEASUREMENTS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, WHICH I WAS HAPPY ABOUT. THEY DID THEIR BEST TO INSTALL THE CARPET AND TILE AS THE TEMPERATURE WAS VERY WARM. THEY DO HAVE TO COME BACK TO REPLACE THE EDGING.

THEY ARE A POPULAR COMPANY WITH A GREAT REPUTATION. THEIR PRICE IS VERY FAIR AND THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD AND THE NEW FLOOR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

THIS COMPANY WAS A VERY FAST WORKING OPERATION. THE DAY I PAID FOR MY CARPET THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE INSTALLING IT. I HAVE A ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON MY CARPET THAT MAY COME IN HANDY FOR HAVING SO MANY GRANDCHILDREN.

I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH SAMPLES. I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW FAST THEY WERE. THE NEXT DAY THAT THEY INSTALLED IT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH EVERYTHING.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THE COMPANY DID FOR US. THEY GOT EVERY MEASUREMENT RIGHT, WHICH ALLOWED THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE ON TIME. THE COMPANY ALSO GAVE US A THREE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR THE JOB.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY TOLD ME WHEN THEY WOULD BE HERE AND SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME. THE WORKERS DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH, BUT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AND DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY DID GREAT WORK MY NEW CARPET TURNED OUT GREAT. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE, THEY WERE THERE.
