Description of Work: I paid to have them come out and inspect and clean my fireplace. They had a special going. When the guy came out he charged more to clean it compared to what was said over the phone. It just seemed like a bait and switch to me. I will take my business elsewhere in the future

Description of Work: He came and started to remove lint from behind the dryer. He then checked the front panel and found excessive lint there. He said it would be $40 more to clean the lint from the inside. I agreed. He then disconnected the vent and checked outside. He found the vent through the crawl space was soft collapsible aluminum foil which shouldnt be used because it doesn't maintain a straight line to the exit from the house. He blew the lint to the outside and said he could replace the old vent line with a new hard line for $400. Said to contact him when ready.
