Description of Work: They left a layer of soot on the first floor on our house. They haven't called us back, we spent some extra money on getting the situation cleaned.

Response from Detroit City Sweep LLC
Our equipment malfunctioned and dusted the living room of the customers home. We were very apologetic and had someone go out the next day to clean the area which cost us $200. The following Monday, 2 days after the incident, we had Stanley Steamer go out to clean the upholstery for over $300. (Member name removed) even signed off on a paper stating he was satisfied with cleaning of home, we do have proof. Therefor we will not be giving any additional funds to (member name removed). We were prompt with solutions for this problem.

Description of Work: He didn't do anything just told me how much it would cost after I paid 200.00 in coupons.I have to call another company in to add shut off value,then 250.00 per fireplace after I purchase 200.00.coupons, and I can't get a return for money I already spent.Too much for a gas line.

Description of Work: Residue from cleaner left on glass and was told that it would burn off. It did not. Company did call for follow-up and I received another important call and told them I would call them back. When I called back, was only able to leave voice message stating that I was returning the their call to me. I was not contacted again. The provider did do all the work listed in the deal.
