Description of Work: Cleaned our Gas Fireplace, checked it's function for proper working, made sure no gas leaks. My only issue & no I have not called them back was that one of the burners was rusted and does not perform as it should. Was told when I called the representative that he would check into the part that was needed for replacement & they would get back with me with the cost & price to come back & fix. That never happened & I have waited for their return call but until now no call back. Other than that the work was done as promised for the original inspection & cleaning.
