He was excellent. We got an appointment promptly, his work was professional and he immediately installed the attachment so that we didn't need for him to come back. Everything was cleaned up very well.

Did not show up for first appointment. When they did come they were very nice and professional and completed the work quickly. Promise to follow up another issue and never did.

Ron was running late but called to inform us of that earlier. He did the job and laid out material to put dirty logs on and when he left everything was all clean and working good. Very polite gentleman and did the work very efficiently. And when we asked if they did chimney repair too, he got up on the roof to check it and would have written up an estimate, but he said our chimney was still good. We would definitely use them again and are referring Detroit City Sweep to a friend of ours.

I paid, and as requested, I marked possible dates. (1) Three days later the company send me a message claiming that my contact number on Angie's List is incorrect, asking for a phone number. (2) I responded immediately with my phone number, and also asked them about the wrong contact number that Angie's list allegedly has for me. (3) A week passed, and they did not respond. I understand it's a busy time of the year, but that is not an excuse for such lack of communication.

They showed up at the end of the window. They were professional and courteous. They answered all my questions. They replaced the old materials in the fireplace.

On time. Professional. Cleaned and swept chimney provided a video of its condition. Showed me the damage on top and the estimate to fix it. Excellent work , excellent service. They will be my chimney sweeps and brick repair from now on.

I had an appointment scheduled and they never showed and I have not recieved a call either letting me know why they missed the appointment.

They emailed me right way to get my phone number and 2 and half weeks later they called to schedule. I am leaving a C for the responsiveness keeping in mind that we had a holiday around this time.

THE B'S ON MY REVUE ARE FOR VERY TRIVIAL THINGS AND SHOULDN'T NECESSARILY COUNT AGAINST THEM... HOWEVER, SOMONE ELSE COULD HAVE GOT A'S AND I AM FAIR... OVERALL, THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IN A TIMELY MATTER AND IT DIDN'T COST ANYMORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. YOU WANT YOUR CHIMNEY CLEANED, USE THEM.

The guy was professional, nice, and thorough. He cleaned up after himself and seemed to go through things thoroughly in our fireplace. I haven't yet had a fire so I don't know how the follow through worked but I like what I know so far. Scheduling was great and easy. We got a call before they came.

The service was very professional. He took the time to explain the various parts of the fireplace, what they are for and how to clean them. I appreciated his patience and professionalism. I would use this company again and recommend them.

It didn't go as no one got back to me and I received nothing

It generally went welll. He accudentally got some dirt on the carpet but he helped to clean. He explained to me thoroughly how to use the fireplace since I had never used it.

Great so far NO PROBLEM. Technician Chris was very good. Highly recommend at this time !!!!!!!!!!!!!

They called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived when expected and were very professional. They checked out my chimney and did a through chimney cleaning for my wood burning fireplace, making sure none of the mess got into the house. They took pictures of the chimney so I could see it and did a great job explaining what work needed to be done. Did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I will use them again and would recommend them.

Called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived within the time window. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Will use this company again and would highly recommend them!

Cleaning was great but problem with 13 year old pilot assembly. I purchased OEM part from local store and had DCS tech install part. DCS was great to work with, courteous, clean, and great communication. Would highly recommend.

Really great service providers. Did the work per the Big Deal offer, pointed out some repairs that needed to be made, converted gas fireplace to wood burning. Very nice guys, and they cleaned up after themselves REALLY well. Couldn't even tell they were in the house, which is pretty impressive since as far as I can tell the chimneys haven't been cleaned in about 15 years. Really looking forward to using my fireplaces this winter, and I'll use these guys again!
