Mike returned my call that evening. The job was scheduled quickly. He was very pleasant and polite. He told me what he could/would do---make new keys because I had lost mine. Another locksmith said he'd have to change the deadbolt (and the doorknob if I wanted them to match). Mike was awesome1 And the job was less than the original quote.
