Mike was very prompt and flexible with his schedule. I returned his phone call and he came out with the hour. I had an original lockset to my 1949 bungalow and I wanted to keep it. Mike re-keyed the mortise lockset in his van. Now my front door lock matches the more current lockset on the side door. Thrilled!

This was the 2nd time I locked myself out of my house. The first time was a horrible experience. I talked to locksmiths who were so rude on the phone I would not even let them know where I live let alone let them unlock my front door. This company's locksmith was prompt, professional and had me back in my house in about 1 minute or less. Now if that's not enough, the price was very surprisingly reasonable so I did not feel like i was being ripped off. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.
