Mike was prompt, service was quick, and I highly recommend him. He replaced double front door handles and lock, 2 bathroom and 1 bedroom with locks, locking back door with knob, and 7 other handles on closes, etc. He did a great job, was in and out quickly, price was reasonable.

Mike was very responsive. He said he would be here within the hour and he was. He rekeyed 4 locks and provided 6 new keys and was done in 30 minutes. He is pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend him.

After having contacted other locksmiths on my own in the past, with either noncommittal or no response, I asked Home Advisor for a list of locksmiths in my area. No sooner did I end my call with Home Advisor than I received a call from Mike. I explained what I needed, and he arrived within 30 minutes to provide options for my home locks. Once deciding on an option, he was quick, efficient, and very friendly and personable. All in all, a great experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.

On time, fast, professional

Mike was professional and polite. Explained the situation over the phone and he gave me a ballpark quote. Worked with my schedule to find a time that was convenient for me. Was on time, presented his business card to identify himself, finished the job within the timeframe he said ( I was on my lunch break when he came to the house), and REPAIRED my unusual deadbolt verses charging me to replace it. Service fee was within range of telephone quote. Will definitely call upon Mike again should I have the need.

Professional, did outstanding work

Mike had good options for availability, let me know arrival time (15 minutes after scheduled time), showed up, introduced himself with his card, and got right to work. He re-keyed 7 locks in about 1 hour 15 minutes. As he initially went along pulling out locks to be re-keyed, he also gave some good info on the condition of my locks and handles and answered my questions and concerns. He’s up front about his very reasonable pricing, and there were no big surprises.

I needed a front door lock fixed. It wouldn’t open. Talked to MTL late one day. Mike came the next day, early. He was pleasant, professional, and charged the exact amount estimated during the phone call. He could have sold me a whole new lock, but assured me the old one was fixable and still good. I would highly recommend MTL.
