Jan Door

Description of Work: Spring broke on garage door. Instead of repairing, decided to replace door since it was old and not in great shape. Rep came for quote on Tuesday morning and the installers came on Thursday morning. All employees were courteous and professional. The only "complaint" is that I had requested to be called on Thursday morning before the installers arrived. That did not happen. However, I had already moved the cars out of the driveways so it wasn't a big deal.

Description of Work: Jan Overhead Door replaced the two springs in our garage door. We were unable to open the door because one of the springs had broken. They were aware of the fact that we were not able to lift the door due to its weight ( even when disengaged from the automatic opener ) and that we needed to get a car that was in the garage out of the garage. The arrived within hours and promptly took care of the problem. The gentleman who replaced the springs was very professional and took great care of our door. We were very pleased with the promptness and service we received.

Description of Work: We anticipated needing a full garage door and opener. Electronic opener was not working and door was off the tracks! Repairman showed up and advised that there was a much less expensive solution. 20 minutes later, door was back on tracks and electronic opener working fine. He even adjusted it so we could open door wider! Great service.
