Exceptional service! The initial deep cleaning was significantly more thorough than I was even hoping for. My house has not been that clean in years. The biweekly cleaning visits are great to keep the house nice and clean. They clean the hardwood floors, vacuum the carpet, clean the bathrooms top to bottom, clean every bit of the kitchen, and even dust and make the kid's beds! The staff is extremely personable, friendly, and reliable. I was very anxious about hiring a cleaning service for fear that we would see someone new every time and have to explain what we would like done constantly. Chris sends the same people to our house as many times as possible, so they are familiar faces and know just what to do. They work at a feverish pace too, in just an hour and a half or so they get done what would take me an entire day! Having a clean house has been an incredible stress reliever, and I could not ask for a better company than Beacon. I give them my highest recommendation, and suggest you get some help from Chris and her cleaning crew!

The first glitch was scheduling. I worked from home to meet the service providers. The workers had car trouble and the owners re-scheduled for the weekend, coming on Sunday. So I was home for no reason. When they did this first seven hours of service (two people, 3.5 hours, there were areas left not complete, but it was a big job. So we got a quote for coming every other week. They estimated the time it would take. When they came, they stayed less time but again did not dust several items and they left cleaning supplies. Tomorrow should be the next scheduled cleaning, but the owner decided they were not coming (yesterday) based on my feedback of what was not done well. The owner and her partner are very pleasant, but they apparently have staffing issues and, in our opinion, a poor eye for completeness. There rate is among the highest we have seen but the quality does not meet that rate. Their preference to give up rather than completely satisfy the customer is unfortunate.

I choose this service based on the rating provided by Angie's list, neither my wife and i like the service and for sure i will not call them again. one lady is ok but the other one she pretended to work and turn the vacuum on without using it, she used the water in the toilet to clean the floor and wall !!!. we repeat the whole work by ourselves that waste our time and money.

They did a GREAT job! I need to schedule a second cleaning as we didn't get to everything (which I never expected in one visit). Showed up on time and worked HARD to do what I'd asked. Chris was lovely to work with and ... to show their appreciation to me as a new client, sent me a thank-you note with a gift card in it! WHO DOES SOMETHING THAT NICE?? I would highly recommend them for both residential and commercial cleaning.

Our house needed a good spring cleaning so I contacted the business to schedule an appt. Chris, the owner, responded very quickly and a date was set. The ladies arrived on time, brought all their cleaning products, and worked the entire 3.5 hrs. When they left, the house was spotless and smelled great. I want to give a big shoutout and a big thank you to both Bonnie and Kim! These ladies were amazing. Thorough, organized, friendly! If anyone is hesitant about hiring Beacon, I'm here to tell you, please go for it. I will absolutely hire Beacon again. Thanks again!

Beacon Cleaning was extraordinary. Their communication was prompt. They were able to schedule the cleaning quickly as requested. Bonnie and her crew worked hard to get the house ready to put on the market after renters left it very dirty. They spent extra time working on the appliances and seemed to actually care about what they were doing. The price was fair. I highly recommend Beacon Cleaning.

Great! We've been using Beacon for nearly 2 years now at two different homes in the area. Their team is professional and courteous and does a good job cleaning. They ask at the start of each cleaning for any specific areas of focus and at the end of the cleaning to make sure that we're satisfied. We're setup on a monthly schedule and Christine (owner) always contacts us a few days in advance to make sure that our regular day still works for us.

Chris is kind and punctual...flexible & trustworthy. Her service is worth the money!!

She is very good and pleasant to have around. She does everything I ask her to do, even things she doesn't normally do. I feel like to price is very fair. She is always her on time and if there is a change, she always call me ahead of time to let me know.

I found Beacon Cleaning from another source. Was hesitated at first because you never know what to expect. Anyway Chris was very polite on the phone and very helpful with my needs. She sent out two lovely ladies that did a wonderful job and are still doing a wonderful job. I would recommend them to everyone.

I bought this as a gift for my mom for Valentines Day last year. The cleaning went very well and she continued on keeping Chris and her crew. They are very good with senior citizens , always on time, does a great job cleaning and flexible for our needs. We found her through another customer of hers. I purchased this Big Deal with a specific project in mind and the timeline came and went. They weren’t able to accommodate the needed scheduling.

I was referred to Stingray cleaning from another company because they couldn't do the type of work I needed. They were very professional and friendly. I had mold built up all on my awnings that needed cleaned. They did a great job.

House was cleaned well. We will use again.

They were late in arriving. Condo was empty. They sent 2 very pleasant girls. They failed to clean the toilets. Ring around the tolit bowl. Obvious. Wood floors streaked. Would NOT recommend them.
