Description of Work: They did an "iffy" job when they first came out. Anything extra they over-charged for. They wanted an extra $90 to pull weeds. They came back when they thought I wasn't home and stayed for 2 minutes, and left. They are trying to bill me $130 for not doing anything. When I called to talk to Theresa, she said "I am cutting ties with you. I'm under a lot of stress, and my husband is ill," and she hung up on me.

+ -1 moreThis is the 2nd year I have been using him and he does a great good job. I have very tall arborvitae in my backyard which he trimmed and shaped them. I have 2 other areas where he shapes the tall pinches. I used to do it myself but I just can’t do it anymore. He is punctual and professional. I am satisfied with the job he did. People would walk down by the sidewalk and say my shrubs are really nice. It’s the son who does the work.
Description of Work: J Quadrant Inc Tag LawnMowing sends out a guy who does my shrub. The last time he came out was in June 2011.
