Description of Work: Power washed deck in horrible outdoor conditions. Had to return and do it again, which they did. Left the dirt runoff all over the windows and patio furniture. Broke a potted plant that they negelected to tell me about. Also used them for an internal cleaning service. The girls did a good job but they never cleaned the dirty windows as promised by the owner. He himself was supposed to come out and do it but never did. Numerous calls and got numerous excuses. Eventually just gave up. I think the number was disconnected or mailbox full last time I called them. Would not recommend them to anyone for lousy customer service.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for housecleaning from this company. I had originally scheduled it, and the company called me to say that the people coming to clean my house were stuck in traffic and were going to be significantly late. I only had a certain window of time to let them in, so I had to reschedule. They were late again the next day, but they offererd to give me 5 additional windows to clean to make up for the inconvenience. The two individuals cleaning the house showed up at different times, which was fine, and they said the clock started when the second person showed up. I came home a little under three hours later (I had bought three hours of cleaning) and they were already packing up the car. In addition they said they didn't have time to wipe down my cabinets, which I thought they could have done in the five minutes remaining that they had when I showed up. What they did do, they did well. However there were a couple of things that I saw that they did not do, and I'm not a neat freak, so for me to notice, it is obvious. One of the main things is that they did not wipe down my shower doors, which I thought was a basic task of cleaning the bathroom. Overall, they did a fine job and they were very professional. I trusted the people cleaning (the owner and one other individual), but I would probably call a different company the next time.

Description of Work: Two young men arrived on time and scrubbed both the side walkway and my patio and power washed same. The side walkway was especially discolored and stained but looked like new concrete when they were done. My husband and I decided to stain the concrete patio ourselves. They told us the lead worker told us what type of stain to purchase. Another company representative returned to waterproof the patio after our staining. Waterproofing of the side walkway and patio was included in the big deal price. I do regret waterproofing our patio because water from the sprinkler or rain takes a long time to dry--it just sits there. Also, the patio needs sweeping more often--perhaps the stain makes debris more evident??? However, Fresh Pro Cleaning Pros did and excellent job. I am no longer apprehensive about having work done on our home. When my husband says "call someone," I can simply look to Angie's List for a good company and a good price.

Description of Work: The guys were punctual. They did a good job and even moved around my patio furniture before and after. They cleaned up the grass clippings with a blower and then pressure washed and sealed concrete in my backyard and front porch. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: They Powerwashed/cleaned my front porch and brick. The outcome of the job itself was amazing, however scheduling was a nightmare and didn't show up for the first appointment at all. I had to call and the lady said she fired her manager and lost my info. They did come the next day on time, however the power washer did not work and came back almost 2 hours later. This really makes me not want to buy Angies list deals again.

Description of Work: The Big Deal offered up to six hours of DEEP housecleaning. I got SHALLOW cleaning. The two cleaners were apparently limited to what they were told they could clean, not touch, not move. Two cleaners were here less than two hours. At best they did a mediocre job. I was very disappointed! .

 + -1 moreA crew of two women arrived about an hour and a half earlier than scheduled start time of 2pm which was a surprise. The crew was patient with my kids before we scooted out of the house. The two person crew was joined by Larry and another crew member during the last hour or so. When they were done, it was wonderful to see our house so clean--probably the cleanest it's been since the kids arrived 3 and half years ago! There were couple of spots missed...cobwebs remained in corners, the main bathroom didn't receive much attention. Considering the time limit and the clutter that they moved out of the way to clean surfaces, I can understand and appreciate all the work that was done, and I'm sure they would have done more if they had more time and less clutter. I recommend scheduling this while the kids are at school or in daycare. Also get as much clutter out of the way as possible before they start. Thanks for the clean house Fresh Start Cleaning Pros!
Description of Work: Our house has steadily accumulated clutter and dirt since we started fostering (and now adopted) three little ones back in 2008. I purchased the Big Deal of 6 hours of cleaning as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. The crew vacuumed the living room, stairs and bedrooms. They washed the linoleum floors in bathrooms and kitchen/dining room. They cleaned counters and sinks and mirrors. They even cleaned the exterior of our big kitchen appliances--including my stove which was very much in need of a cleaning!

 + -1 moreI must admit they didn't arrive right on time, but the company called and said they were running a little late. The two ladies were both courteous and very professional. They worked hard right up until the time I had to ask them to leave (I only took the morning off from work). I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again when needed.
Description of Work: They did a deep cleaning on my house. Since I had a spinal fusion, I was unable to clean either high or low, so that's what I asked them to do.

 + 0 moreI bought the big deal on Angie's List and scheduled the deck for cleaning on Wednesday April 18th and the deck sealing for the next day or when weather permitted. They called on Monday the 16th to inform me they had a cancellation and could they come tomorrow and I agreed to the change. The men came and I had them start in the back (when they originally came out to measure they asked if I would like the front porch done as well) where the deck was so I could cut back some vines that were interweaved with the stiles on the front porch. While they were setting up and doing the back deck I was able to remove the vines. They would call me to let me know if they could not be there, or in the case of the power washing, to come a day earlier. I had to call them after the deck was sealed to find out if they had been out because the deck looked a little different, but not how I expected. They assured me they had been out and I could test the deck by pouring a cup of water on it if I so wished.
Description of Work: Power washed the deck, rail, and front porch rail, I canceled the carpet cleaning so no one would have to be home. Sealed the deck with Thompson's WaterSeal several days later due to weather-related delays.

They followed up on the appointments with emails/calls beforehand and they also let me know they were going to have to reschedule due to rain so communication was good. My deck is really small so they included my Rainbow Playsystem in the powerwashing/staining deal. I provided the stain for the Playsystem as I wanted the company's stock color/brand. Larry was great - I wasn't home so he called to verify which stain was going where. He also texted me pictures to make sure I was happy with the one type of stain we discussed. I just had my siding done so I was paranoid about the stain getting on the siding - but no worries as the siding was fine. Great experience and I'll definitely call them again. Big Deal is a fantastic bargain too.

Larry arrived promptly, took measurements and updated me on what the coupon covered. I have a rather large wooden deck, And the coupon covered only a portion of the deck. We setup a work schedule. A team of 4 gentlemen arrived promptly and work autonomously. Weather was a challenge and we had to reschedule the sealer application. Larry kept me updated through email and direct phone calls. Once the work was finished, there was some odd and end items that needed to be cleaned up or moved.
Description of Work: I had my wood deck high pressure cleaned. One coat of sealer was applied.

They power washed our large deck and stairs, a small upstairs balcony deck, and a lower level set of stairs. They did a great job. They returned the following day to seal the areas they power washed. Again, great job! I would definitely use Fresh Start Cleaning Pros again. They are scheduled to power wash the exterior of our home soon. They do a great job cleaning and tidying up our house each week, and we really like that they're certified and trained in eco-friendly/"green" cleaning. We've also been really pleased with work they've done for us in these areas: carpet and rug cleaning, power washing the exterior of the house (+ driveway, etc.), and cleaning and sealing our wooden deck and front porch. Just as important, they are caring, reliable, and excellent communicators. We hope they'll be around for a long time to come, because at this point, frankly, we couldn't imagine using anyone else!
