Workers showed up on time and did a thorough job of sanding and cleaning. We were very pleased with the work and will undoubtedly use this company again.

They came out within a couple weeks. They brought their own materials. They were here about an hour. They were good and professional.

When they finished, the floor was not clean to my liking. I took a cloth and wiped dirt off it. One woman said that "maybe we should have used the scrubbing side if the mop." Well, I was completely dissatisfied with the job, and they at least gave it one more quick clean. I would not recommend this service for special jobs. I'm sure they're fine for "light house cleaning."

It was horrible. He kept putting it off because he said it was raining, but it was not raining every day. We could not use our deck because it looked horrible. My husband said I bugged them so much that they came and did it and did a really lousy job. I would never use them and would never recommend them to anybody. I had my husband redo it because I nagged him to death. We originally called them in March and we did not get the work done until the end of the summer.

The workmen were very professional and it was a great price compared to other bids I received for the job. They taped plastic up where necessary to protect the house from the spray. Overall I was very satisfied with the work.

It worked out well. They did everything I asked and with a smile.

Never got to use, Angie's List refunded. Allegedly, the owner left and the company pretty much fell apart.

From the first time I contacted them to the time they were finished was at least a couple months. The original person I dealt with was very nice and communicated very well in the beginning. The first time he came out, they powerwashed. The second time they came out, they stained the deck. When I looked at the deck, it was done very poorly. There were many areas where they had missed spots, had drip marks, and failed to protect the house. They ended up getting colored stain all along the house where it meets the deck. I contacted this person many times after and he basically ignored my calls. He would say he would come out, then cancel the day of the appointment. After this went on for weeks, I contacted the main office over and over. Finally I heard back from one of the owners. They had let this other person go (the one that did my deck) and said that I was not the only one complaining about him. The owners did do a good job of trying to make it better, which they did. However, it is not perfect. They painted the area of the house that had stain on it, but now it does not match the rest of the house. Also, they too had missed areas that I had to point out as well as drip marks of where they over sprayed. Overall, it was not a good experience and I will never use them again!

Not well. Had to cancel as described above. After cancelling job, I had a difficult time getting anyone to do the work because it was so late in the season. Didn't get my deck prepped for season until July.

We utilized a special offer we found on Angie's List to get the carpeting cleaned and deck washed and restrained. Our technician arrived when he said he would and finished the carpet cleaning within a couple of hours. The cleaning was well done. They had to come back for the deck, and shortly after we prepped the deck (we had to remove the old stain), Fresh Start Cleaning Pros was out again to power wash and seal the deck. Everything was done professionally and we were treated very well by all of the staff with whom we had contact. I would definitely recommend this company.

/because my daughter was getting married April 28 2012 I wanted everything done before April 1. They put me off at least 3 times before they showed up a week before the wedding and stole my jewelry. Because of the wedding being imminent. I did not make a police report. It was a very very very very bad situation.

The deal included a deck wash and carpet cleaning. Job took several days. Team was good at following thru until the work was complete to my satisfaction. The deck looked great after the power wash. I would definitely use this crew again.

The initial consultation visit was with Larry. We purchased the Big Deal which included 100ft2 of deck powerwashing and staining as well as 100ft2 of carpet cleaning. We didn't need the carpet cleaning, but our deck was bigger than 100ft2, they were willing to trade off and not charge us additional for the larger surface area of the deck. We scheduled the work for the end of the summer. I received a call mid-summer at which point I was notified that Larry was no longer with the company and they had no record as to whether the service had been provided, yet. I appreciated the phone call. We re-scheduled the service, but no one showed on that date. I called an re-scheduled AGAIN. They showed the next time. The work was not top of the line, but I got what I paid for, it was very inexpensive. I'm interested to see how well this protective top coat holds up. I believe the scheduling problems were a fluke and that this was due to a transition period for the company. All said and done, I would hire them again.

Their boss is the problem in my opinion. They are given orders not to perform even basic tasks, let alone a Deep Clean.

I think the company changed hands. The guys were nice but I don't think they really knew what they were doing.

Purchased service for new tenant in rental property prior to move-in. Tenant indicated that they were satisfied with the service.

Came alittle late. Both ladies worked hard. Very professional.

First, I don't quite remember the price, it was a special. Carpet was cleaned right away, we had to move furniture in and out. The deck was more difficult to schedule. I think they had a lot more business than manpower, and the rain didn't help matters. Nonetheless, eventually they squeezed me in on a Sunday evening. The completed job was less than professional, there was stain on my BBQ cover (don't know how that got there?), areas not fully covered, just kind of sloppy overall. They were also fighting nightfall, so that probably had something to do with it. The individuals were professional and kind.

At the beginning, I was very impressed with the company. They were attentive, prompt, and professional. I didn't need the carpet cleaning, so they were able to adjust the deal as my deck was larger than the specified area. Also, I didn't want clear stain, so I purchased and provided the new stain. As I was close to the location, they were able to schedule me very soon and were there to power wash as promised. The deck looked good after washing. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and they weren't able to stain the deck for 2-3 weeks after. However, I was not kept in contact with as to when the deck would be stained. When I called, and got a hold of someone, they said I was scheduled for that day and the service was performed. The house was taped off, windows covered, and everything looked good, however, it was explained that there was some overspray on the house and I was assured that they would come back and fix it. At first, I had said, not to worry about it, but they said they would come back shortly, but couldn't make it that day due to personal issues. I wasn't too worried about it - but when I looked, there was significant overspray (of dark brown stain onto my light brown siding and white doorwall), not to mention tape left on the house. Overall for the price, the service was good. I thought the deal sounded too good to be true - and it appears maybe it was.
