 + -1 moreThe crew was on time and worked hard for about 4-5 hours installing our new system. Shawn gave a great tutorial on how to work the Rainbird system, and his crew cleaned up so well, you'd swear they were never there.

 + 0 moreThis company has installed a sprinkler system at our home a couple of years ago. I have also hired them for our subdivision entrance sprinklers where they open and close system and conduct backflow testing as needed. We have been very pleased with all of their services.

 + 0 moreThey didn't charge for the second house call, only part and labor.
Description of Work: The first problem was a leak under kitchen sink, coming from garbage disposal. It turns out we had a few leaks. I called Master and they came out the following day. They apologized for not coming out the same day, but the available plumber went home ill. Bob, the plumber, worked quickly and very cleanly. The second job was a leak from a bathtub. He didn't have the needed part so he came back Tues. (at my request). He also worked quickly and left it cleaner than he found it.

 + 0 moreOn first try Bob worked to stop the leak and we watched it for a couple of days. Unfortunately the casing of the unit was to worn from repeated changing of the filter cartridge by me and we had to replace the whole device. it had lived a good life and was time to replace. the new one is high and dry.
Description of Work: we had an issue with out water purifier under our sink dripping.

 + 0 moreas stated above they were very fast and efficient I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Our hot water tank was leaking so i called the owner of Master Services at his home about 7 am. he responded to turn off the tank and had one of his plumbers out by 9:30 to replace it. they were done cleaned up and gone by 11:30 am.
