I called in a service call to look at my water sofetner which was leaking, install shut off valves under my kitchen sink, and to replace the wax ring and flange on my toilet. They were not on time when showing up. They seemed very much in a rush, told me they weren't sure if they had time to get to it all. They were able to repair my water softener and the wax ring and flange on my toilet. They informed me that they couldn't install shut off valves due to the fact they didn't have any in their service vehicle. After replacing the wax ring and flange on the toilet, I was told I needed to watch the shut off for leaking..that they would have replaced the shut off as well but due to the fact they didn't have any with them that they couldn't. The water softener seems to be working just fine, but the shut off at the toilet did start leaking and I still needed shut off under my kitchen sink. I will NOT be using a company that doesn't come prepared to their service calls.

we live @ 298 Neibles Landing, coldwater, mi We use propane gas, and I expected to pay much more. Excellant qauaity work!!! We used them before.

I called the folks at Mand K about our sewer pump problem. Explaining to them how we had grey water getting into our basement.
They were busy and had no immediate appts. available. However, after explaining that our basement was finished and used as a living area, they worked us in the next day and took care of the problem. There was no additional charges for working us in.
The technicians were professional helpful and they cleaned up afetr they were through.
