I called Vision Air and I spoke with Joan. Before she even began to schedule an appt, she directed me to check the filter and then the braker system, most companies right off began to talk about money, but not Joan, she was so kind and helpful. Tony came out and fixed the problem right away. I will definitely be doing business with this company from now on.

Excellent company to work with. Very friendly owner who is focused on making sure you're happy with their work. For the first project in November, running basement ducting, I didn't even get estimates from anyone else. The reviews were great, the estimate was extremely reasonable, and they were able to complete the work immediately and quickly. I appreciate that they have taken on every service I have requested, no matter how small the job. They also know local code well and install everything to code. We will certainly call them again for future HVAC needs.

The techs called 30 minutes out and it went VERY well. Everyone is courteous and the techs cleaned up nicely. I feel confident knowing that if there were ever any issues in the future, Tony and his team would be there to help us out. The install is clean and our home is a comfortable temp again... thanks Tony!

My furnace died during the huge windstorm that we just had. It was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Tony and his crew made it out to my house within 24 hours. By late afternoon, my house was back up to a comfortable 70 degrees. They did a really good job and the price was actually better than I anticipated. Thoroughly impressed and will use them in the future!

I needed a hot water tank replaced. I called a local company who came out and said that they couldn't do it. I then called Vision Air and talked with the owner Tony. He assured me that they would be able to take care of the situation, and he would have a crew out first thing in the morning. First thing the next morning I received a call from a member of the crew telling me the were on their way and what time they would be there, They arrived right on time. The two men were very courteous, and friendly. They put tarps down to protect our floors, they took time to make sure there work area was protected. They went right to work answering any questions I had. They got the water tank out, cleaned up any mess that might of been made due to the condition of the old tank and had the new one installed very quickly. They made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving the area cleaner/nicer then they found it. They even removed the old tank. Tony and the guys at Vision Air are awesome and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We rent and unfortunately our property company did not fix the problem so we took matters into our own hands. When I called the receptionist was very polite and professional. The furnace is in a crawl space and heat wasn't as hot as it should be. Tony came out within two hours and fixed the problem and made sure we were good before he left. I appreciate someone who's down to earth, honest and real. Would definately use Vision Air again.

Moved into my new house and wasnt sure when the furnace was cleaned last. Long story short visionair came out and did a full system check to get me ready for the winter. These guys were very nice and proffesional. I will refer this company to all my friends

Tony was a great guy to chat with. Very professional and punctual; came out same day, and for less than 80 bucks looked at our furnace that was leaking; suggested replacing the whole behemoth for ~ $ 3000, and have peace of mind for 3 years, as "I have done this for 30 years, and when it leaks, you have so much trouble, you have to replace the whole thing"- guaranteed! It turned out the drain was clogged by a slime ball that was cleaned up with a Shop-Vac in less than 3 minutes- everything is dry now for months! For less than $ 20, we added an opening in the line ( bought @ amazon.com/gp/product/B00M6Y801O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), where we put some Clorox every quarter, and it is dry as bone, clean as a whistle! All said, Tony was a great guy to chat with!

I recently bought my first home, a condo in Saint Clair Shores that needed some duct work moved and a new water heater. The VisionAir crew members were knowledgeable, professional, and super quick! Tony came out an quoted the project. He was professional, punctual and had some good suggestions. He send an estimate in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I had a couple of follow-up questions that didn't get responded to (two emails) and I ended up using another provider. I'm sure it was just an administrative glitch and I have every confidence they would have done a good job.

I cannot praise these folks enough! Everyone in the organization is great! The work was done quickly and thoroughly and all issues were fixed. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Every time I've called this company, Tony comes out the same day. This day was no exception when I called to say our AC wasn't working. As always, Tony was prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely friendly. I can't say enough good about him or the company!! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, ordered the part then later returned to install and complete the job within minutes. Tony and his team are fantastic. They are prompt, honest and hardworking. We have had to call them out a few times this summer to take a look at our AC compressor and each time they have made prompt service calls. They have fixed the issue and our AC is running perfectly.
