Paul and Bill were already at the house and in the backyard at the time I arrived. These guys are awesome! They took their time really looking over everything. They looked at and answered any questions that I came up with while I followed them around. When they came across things that they found, Paul explained what the problem was, what could be done, and put it in layman's terms so I could understand it. I received the report the following evening. (My inspection was Saturday morning-afternoon, I got the report in my email Sunday evening). The report is very detailed and includes pictures. I am very happy with Tri-County, and would recommend their services to anyone.

Paul and his associate arrived 20 minutes early. They were a pleasure to work with. Paul is very professional, has a lot of experience, and knowledge that pertains to his practice. He was able to speak in terms that both my fiancé and I could understand, gave professional guidance on expectations, and informed us on the vast insurance/replacement plans that can be shopped. Paul made it a priority that all of our questions and concerns endured throughout the inspection were answered in a clearly.

Paul and his helper inspect the house very closely he was very well equipped for the job with different tools and he was on time I thought my previous inspector was good this guy was a lot better and cheaper point out every little detail ( problem) and gave us lots of info how to fix it For sure would recommend Paul again to all my friends and family

Paul and his partner were quick and arrived at the site on time and immediately started evaluating the property. THey started on the outside while waiting for my agent to arrive and allow access to the inside. THey were very through on both the exterior and interior of the house. They were able to accurately estimate the age of the on-premise systems via their serial numbers. They pointed out the things that they did find wrong or questionable during the walk-thru and also in the prepared report. THe report was received within 3 days of the inspection.

Paul was there 30 minutes early, already on the roof when we got there. He was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions and also gave us helpful hints. He was over 3 hours inspecting the house. I highly recommend him.

Paul was very thorough and spent over 3 and a half hours with us at our home inspection. He answered all of our questions and his report came the same evening we went to the inspection. He categorized things into items we definitely needed to fix/ask the seller to fix and overall maintenance/ongoing fixes. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He did a very good job and had the right tools to do a very good inspection. Seemed to have a wide variety of knowledge about all aspects of the home. Very friendly and personable. Slight mix up on the actual time of the inspection but it worked out in the end. Very responsive.

I was very happy with the inspection. Paul answered all my questions thoroughly especially on the roof which had several area's of concern. The inspection lasted about 3 hours. He also tested for gas leaks and used a moisture meter to check for leaks from the roof in the house. He acted very professional and was on time as well. I would use his services again in the future. Thanks to Paul's inspection he could have saved me a lot of money and frustrations in regards to the roof. Hopefully we can come to an agreement between myself and the sellers. If not Paul has saved me a lot of money in the long run.

This was our Son's house that (Tri County / Paul Crowley) was inspecting for him. Paul was prompt and ready to go when we meet him at the house. Not only did Paul have and extensive back ground in construction, but Paul is very thorough on every step of the way during this inspection. Paul is not one of those inspectors that is out to kill the deal during the inspection he helps you along the way on making the small necessary repairs work in your favor. He is not only your guide during the inspection, he's also your consultant. With his knowledge and background in the construction industries he brings a tremendous amount of the do's and don't of home ownership. We are so glad that Angieslist provided us with this OUTSTANDING inspector, we will use Paul again if the need comes up. Paul arrived on time and did a great, thorough job. He talk time to explain his findings, encouraged questions from me as well. He also made himself available for follow up questions, of which I did have. His report was timely (within 6 hours) and was easy to understand and helpful. I would recommend his services!

I was a little nerves about the house, so I asked Paul a lots of questions. He explained very good. I felt much better after that.

The inspection went well. Paul arrived early and had already inspected the outside of the house by the time we got there. The current owners were there and let him in so he could start on the inside. He was very thorough and explained everything to us as well as answered the numerous questions we had as soon to be first time home buyers. He even took us through the areas he inspected prior to our arrival to discuss his findings. He was very patient and kind. We received our report via email either that night or the next day. We did have a few questions about the report. When we called him, not only did he answer the questions, but he also left an open invitation for us to call with any other questions in the future. Simply put the overall experience was easy.

Overall the inspection went smoothly. He was so thorough that he made us feel very comfortable about the purchase we recently made. Paul was so professional, warm and wonderful to work with. He showed us how to do certain things and how to use the things in our new home that we were not aware of. Paul was so terrific that we will definitely be referring him to everyone we know and we know our Realtor will keep him busy. She was there and so pleased she asked me where I found him, all I had to say was, "I found him on Angie's List." The service was performed at my new condo.

Made a last minute appointment a day before closing. As luck would have it Tri-County was able to fit me in their schedule. The inspector showed up on time with the right tools and equipment and commenced. No nonsense and no wasted time. At the end of the inspection he prepared a formal report which we received later that evening. It is always nice to have another set of eyes to catch things that you may have missed or would not have considered looking into. At the end of the day I felt much better about the property I was purchasing. I would use this service again!

Mr. Paul was on time and very thorough with his inspection. The report was submitted very fast. He was very polite and informative.
