Providers Response to My Review of them: We do not have any contact request from this individual in our records. It is unfortunate and malicious for someone to give an "F" rating to someone they have not met or had any work performed. Our customers have consistently given us an A rating on every review where we have performed work for them. My Response: I am not being malicious as you say. I rated you on professionalism and responsiveness nothing more; both deserve an F rating. I did call as I said to have someone come out for an estimate. Perhaps your staff is not reliable when it comes to taking messages...not very professional in my opinion. I did not get a phone call from anyone to come out to my home, therefore, a lack of responsiveness. I did not rate your work or price because no one ever to called me to come out to provide and estimate. Also, not very professional to call a reviewer malicious when they have rated you on only the items that apply in the situation. Malicious would be if I had given you an F rating for everything, including work and price, when you did not do any work for me and I do not know what the price would have been. Based on your response, I would never even consider giving you a second chance.

Luckily she did not show up the day she said she would. I then went to a different provider and received the same amount of work 30% cheaper. I almost made a big mistake but her not showing up saved me.

I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate for the landscaping I wanted done. I was told that the person that would do this was out of town and would call me the following week to set up an appointment. No one ever called me back.

She came out looked at the job and told me she would call with price latter in the day. One week latter still no call>

Pat's workers were very nice and hard working. It's almost impossible to totally satisfy a gardener who is picky, but Pat's crew did a good job.

It was a little difficult to reach her initially, as she is very busy. However, she came out when she promised and gave a very fair quote. The work was done on time and exceptionally well. They were so fast that I had them do a little extra that I had not planned. Her crew was quick, professional and very nice. They double checked with me to ensure I was happy before they left.

They are phenomenal and excellent. They do what they say they are going to do. They have mowed our lawn, weeded, landscaped, and trimmed the bushes. They have done it all.
