They did a wonderful job and the materials they use are high quality.

We were very impressed by their professionalism, their attentiveness from start to finish, and the organization of the worksite. They worked like a well oiled machine and completed both the house and garage roofs in less than 5 hours. And cleanup was absolutely perfect! You get what you pay for. And we felt they were well worth the money.

We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship.

Victorâ s Roofing sent someone who went up into the attic and roof and took videos and photos and shared with us on his computer. This was on July 12th. There was an area of concern and the roofers came out early on July 18. The project was completed in 1 day. (As a side note a neighbor had her roofing done and it took 4 days). The company has a concierge who was our point person. She was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was a project manager who took pictures during the process and came in to see if we had any concerns. We were able to get copies of the photos. Then someone came out and looked over the roof and asked how we felt about the process and outcome. Victorâ s was very thorough and professional. The cost wasnâ t the lowest or highest and had financing available if needed. I would highly recommend Victorâ s Roofing if you want your job done well!

Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project went very smoothly. Workers showed up on time and kept me informed of progress. Issues were addressed right away. They cleaned up after the job. It was a pleasure working with Victors Roofing and I would highly recommend them. I can not say enough about how good it was to work with them. Totally professional and trustworthy. You can feel confident that if you hire Victors your job will be done right and as promised.

They did an amazing job clean up was great. However the severely damaged my driveway gate, gate pole, property line gate one of my driveway way gate completely detached on the ground. While putting the garbage container in my driveway they ram into my gate to the point the cement pole came out oh the ground. The driver jokingly committed that wasnâ t like that (not funny) called the office explained what happened. Then nothing job was completed received a knock on the door no walk through nothing but my signature and a check for the balance. I had to call the office myself about my damage security fence wide open only to learn some will contact me. The next day as the container still sat in my driveway I get a text about pick up container and they will take pictures of my damage fence, 2 more days pass of dead silence no update calls. I reach back out asking whatâ s the status due to the fact I have dog I canâ t secure in my backyard my Vehicles are not secure overnight. At 1st during the call she could find any damage reports and told me a plant supervisor will contact me itâ s now the 5th and nothings done nor has it been any communication to the the fact. I paid cash to have my roof replaced by 11k+ If I stop payment I definitely will get somebody attention thatâ s not me because they did a great job on. My roof . But will I recommend no I will not because lack of urgently to rectify the property damage they created

Competitive pricing, Quality premium level architectural shingles, Quality of work, Hard working people tear down and install roofing in one day and cleaned up debris on the same day. Everything was done per schedule, Vlad Smolyanov sales person took lots of time to explain the options, checked existing roofing, recommended the right kind of shingles and very professional to work with. I highly recommend Victorâ s roofing.

The crew showed up bright and early at 8:00 am. The weather the day before was cool and rainy, so we thought they wouldnâ t be out for a few days until it cleared up. The crew leader reassured us the weather would be fine and the job would be done by the end of the day. He was right! The sun came out and they finished up by 7:00 pm. Kyle and Josh came by to check the progress and ask if we had any questions or concerns. We were amazed and very pleased with the work and thorough clean-up. Our roof looks great!! Thanks Victors!!ð

The preliminary meeting was very informative and started on time. Once the weather allowed, they did the job in one day, cleaned up the mess and were gone. Their office personnel were pleasant to talk to, and kept us fully informed as to what would happen and when. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The had a good crew, came in, removed the bad/leaking shingle are, repaired the roof and installed new shingles, they made it look easy they were so prepared and efficient.

Victor's sent Kory Solomon out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. Kory made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this company and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need a new roof or repair.

Dakota Solomon was polite and helpful. The project was slowed due to the hard and late winter. One skylight was leaking so they replaced it in too cold weathering order to accommodate me since I was throwing a party. They had to return later in warmer weather to install a second skylight. They worked on Sunday to get the job done. They gave me excellent service. Richard Gull

We were impressed with the company from the first time we met with our salesperson, Bill Smith. Bill was very knowledgeable about the company and products being offered. He was friendly, polite and prepared! He provided us with an estimate, a list of references, a copy of the company's insurance liability policy, samples of the roofing material being used and explained to us what to expect within a weeks time! That same day, we received a phone call from Victors letting us know that our roof would be done by the end of that week! Victors workers showed up early on that Friday morning and completed the job by 4pm that afternoon. Victors employees were polite, quick and very concerned about their clean up process. They took precaution to cover my house with appropriate tarps and went over my entire yard, multiple times, with a large magnet to pick up any/all nails. After the job was complete, Victors sent out a Quality Inspector to check our roof and make sure everything was done correctly. And the inspector even went over our yard again, with a large magnet to check for nails. Our salesperson, Bill Smith followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job done by Victors Roofing. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

The sales rep I worked with was Bill and he was really great to work with. I am someone who wants to know the exact details of what I am getting and why it is important. Bill was able to explain everything to me in great detail and in a way that someone with little roofing knowledge can understand. They also take pictures of your roof along the way so you can look back and see the condition of your roof under the shingles. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement.
