Just wanted to share a quick recommendation if anyone is looking to have any remodeling or painting done. Fresh Image in Canton originally painted the exterior of our house a few years ago. They did a great job and have kept in touch and offered things like power washing and free touch ups each year. Because of the positive experience, We reached out to them regarding a remodeling job on the main level of our 1991 Sunflower house. We were looking for someone to refinish and stain our floors and railings, refinish and paint our cabinets, add some crown molding, paint the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room, and then help us convert our unused formal dining room into a more functional room by adding some custom shelves and a ceiling fan. They came out and gave us a great quote and plan, started the job within a few weeks, and went above and beyond on a number of things, including RE-sanding and RE-staining our floors after they thought the could do better after the first round. I thought they looked fine, but they ended up looking MUCH better after the second round. They even pulled our fan blades down and stained them to match the floor, and fixed some molding that was damaged in our basement. Just a bunch of little things that really add up. Anyway, Sam, Angela, Jason and the guys are great (and easy) to work with and it seems that they can do just about anything in terms of remodeling, painting, roofs, etc. for a good price. We've now used them on a number or big jobs and they'll be our first call in the future. Couldn't be happier. I've included some rough images that show the progress (pre-final touch ups). After years of really high quotes, shady companies and unrealistic timelines, I recently met with Sam from Fresh Image on a referral from my father. My dad recently had Fresh Image repaint his house and deck, and was extremely pleased (he's not easy to please), so I gave it a whirl. Sam came out to my house after 6 pm (to accommodate my schedule) and gave me a really honest assessment and quote for the job. The quote was right in line with our budget and included some extra work that we didn't think we could afford with this job. He was extremely friendly and even offered some advice on some other fixes that we're looking at. We have scheduled Fresh Image to paint the entire exterior of our house, including our deck and shed later this month. They are also making some repairs or replacing some the rotted wood on our house and deck. They are a "one-stop-shop" and can do it all in one job, which is what we were looking for. I will update this review with before and after photos once the job is complete, but so far our experience with Fresh Image has been 5-star. Thanks! --- Update, post-painting, and still 5-star... I would give them 6 if they let me. The entire job was done in 3 days, and Jason and the crew were fantastic. They went above and beyond the scope of the job, and it was clear that they cared about what they were doing. In the master bedroom, one of the painters stepped on our dresser instead of using his own ladder or moving the dresser out of the way, which tipped the dresser over, shattering 25 irreplaceable international keepsakes from our collection. There were paint smears in several places on the carpeted stairs and upstairs hallway. When they did the exterior shutters, there was a noticeable paint spot on the screen. There was another smear of ceiling paint down the bedroom curtain and more on the ceiling fan blades. One week later when we replaced the door handles, the paint on the doors scratched off immediately and even to this day the paint will scratch off very easily. They also forgot to put a second coat on one of the doorways and didn't return to address it even though they promised to. Nor did they ever respond to my email with pictures of the mess they made on our carpets, curtains and screen.

They did what they said which was important to me. They came back and gave me a quote. They were timely and the cost of the service was exceptional. They did a really good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very helpful in terms of giving me suggestions because I wanted to do some things with my colors that were a little unconventional and one of the men who came out basically said, "We will do whatever you want to do. However, you should be aware of this." He was like, "I will paint whatever you want me to paint." But he had experience with our subdivision and he was like, "You have covenants. If you paint certain colors or what have you, you have to repaint." And he had had experience with that and so he was able to warn me so that I did not have to waste money in painting it twice. And he is also going to paint my interior. He has an interesting personality but he was not pushy.
