Description of Work: Replaced my windshield at my place of work and did not charge me extra to come there instead of me going to their shop. Price was more than $100 less than quotes by top competitors. It has been 8 months and have never had any issues. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: They never returned phone calls. You call a specific store, it goes to a central answering service that cannot help, and then they never call you back. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: they replaced one large broken plate glass window and storm window. also replaced 2 other broken storm windows that they pointed out to me when on site. |They were very nice, left a clean space behind and were careful with my property. Beautiful job on the windows and nice guys! |Downside: it took months and several trips to get the job completed

Description of Work: I needed to replace a mirror in a bathroom. The new mirror was made very quickly. When I went to pick it up we discovered that the mirror would not fit in my car. The staff tried to get it in but would not let me take it because it might break. I appreciated them trying and also being concerned about my getting it home in one piece. I returned the next day with our other car and had no problem fitting the mirror in the car. |
