Very efficient and quick to respond

Do not waste your time or money. Make sure you are dealing with a licensed plumber. Before snaking out the main drain, Rob assured me he would clear the main line to the street. a 30-day guarantee was included. Drain backed up 2 weeks later, and 1 week after that. I called Rob, was not able to leave a message because the voicemail had not been set up. He called back about 20 minutes later, 8:37 am. Said he would be here about 10. He said there would be a $75 service charge. Reminded him of the warranty. He said the warranty only applied if it was something he did.This was the first time he made that stipulation. That was the last time I talked to him. Calling did not work because he does not answer and you ca not leave a message. Tried texting, no response. After several days, I gave up and called another plumber. Rob had not cleared the mainline all the way. Contacted Home Advisor. They contacted Geoff, the owner. Said Geoff or Rob would contact me about the problem. Rob called. Let the phone ring twice, then hung up. Tried calling back several times. He did not answer and still could not leave a message. Had to call from a friends phone. He answered. Almost from the beginning of the call he was belligerent and argumentative - a very nasty attitude. He said there was a blockage he could not get through. He did enough to open it up, that was all he could do. He did not have the right equipment. Asked him why he would come out or start a job without the right equipment. Then he said he had the right equipment but not the right parts. Told him I had to hire another plumber who was able to remove the blockage and clear the main line. Rob said that plumber had better equipment. We asked about a refund considering we had to hire another plumber to do the job he had been paid to do and he never came back or called. He said he did his job. He was not giving us a refund. Do what you want to do. I do not care. Take me to court for. He said he never gave us a warranty. When we asked him why he wrote 30-day warranty on the receipt, he hung up. Rob displayed a different attitude than the one he had when trying to sell me on a $2,200 to $3,500 new sewer line. Also after some research, I discovered Rob is not a licensed plumber. At least I cannot find one for him.

The young man was courteous, gave tips to avoid problems in future. He cleaned up after he completed the job. He efficient and completed job quickly.

There where on time

Rob was awesome! When he entered my home he took his shoes off without me having to ask him. He explained the work he did and what I needed to do to prevent it from happening again. Rob was also polite and informative when I asked him about other jobs. I washed clothes yesterday and had no issues with the drain. I will definitely use this company for all of my plumbing needs and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Called them yesterday - Rob got here today as scheduled and got the job done. Still very happy with this company.

He was prompt and very reasonable and used very professional equipment

I hired a different plumber the day before because they offered a $99 clear any drain clog or I don't pay. Needless to say that after 2 visits from Thornton & Grooms they failed miserably and seemed more interested in selling me very expensive options that had nothing to do with my clog. Stupid me! I wasted my own time! Today I called Rob at West....he came to my house within a couple of hours of my call and unclogged my clogged kitchen sink by snaking the downstairs access. Happy to say that my clog is gone!! I was quoted $125 and that's what I paid. No up-selling! I will never call any other plumber again and highly recommend West to everyone. Thank you again Rob and Happy Thanksgiving!

Rob first called about 6:00pm, and was willing to come out that same evening, right after his dinner, he said. I told him, though, that that wouldn't be necessary, and so we agreed on him coming the following morning between 9:00and 10:00, which is exactly when he did stop in. Despite the extreme grossness of the backed-up basement main drain, he acted like it didn't even bother him, just got to work, and, despite having to snake it out more than once, he got it all done in less than an hour. He even showed me how I might be able to tackle this myself in the future. Great guy! He was going to put a camera in the drain afterwards, just in case there might be some other future possible blockages, but we both forgot that after the drain was finally unclogged and actually began draining.

Called late on a Wednesday, Rob picked up immediately and had someone out the following day at noon. They came out on time and successfully snaked and cleared out basement drain. They also looked at some other issues we were having and priced that out for us to consider. I thought their price was very fair and we were really happy with the work.

Rob was the plumber sent out for my project. He called and let me know he was running behind schedule. When he arrived he snaked our drain and scoped with a camera to make sure that all sediments were flushed out as well since the blockages were a recurring issue. He also gave me an estimate for another plumbing project I was interested in having done.

Robb & Geff were exceptionally knowledgeable. I had a Right of Way sink hole due to clay tile breakage by tree roots. Repair required careful digging between the curb and sidewalk to repair the collapse with PVC and ferncos. Their work with the digging machine was like a surgeon with a knife - not one chip out of the sidewalk, curb or driveway! They arrived on time, completed the work as outlined, obtaining all permits from the city. This team was professional, friendly, courteous, and the price quoted is what I paid even though they had to dig 5 extra feet - now that's going above and beyond! Anyone needing sewer work needs to have them on speed dial for ever thing dealing with drains or mains!
