Geoff West and his crew took on our job, which was a conversion from a septic system to a sewer system, that involved crossing an easement. The length of the sewer line from our house to the sewer main was about 500 feet. Because of having to tap into a sewer system at a specific spot as determined by Canton Township, Geoff had to work with the engineering department, plus get additional insurance that was dictated by the township. He did his best to get these done to our advantage. Geoff was in constant contact with me throughout the process. He would respond promptly to my texts and my phone calls. I have been burned by contractors in the past, and dealing with Geoff has restored a bit of my faith that there are some contractors who care about their customers. In addition, a member of Geoff's team, Rob, was also very helpful toward the end of the job when an injection pump was being installed. Rob made sure there area in which he work was kept clean as the installation of the pump required jackhammering through concrete. Also, Rob answered additional questions I had about our new sewer system. I would recommend West Water & Sewer Specialists to help you with your needs.

Professionalism

Rob was fantastic. He came within an hour on Sunday of Labor Day weekend when no one else was available or willing to come for an urgent sewage backup. He did a great job and even cleaned up the mess, which plumbers never do! He explained the source of the problem and I hired him to come back and replace the bad pipe, which he did the following Tuesday. He was really responsive and encouraged me to contact him with any problems.

He did a great job. Was available about an hour after we spoke on the phone (early on a Monday morning). Was very pleasant, made sure I could see that the problem was solved. Conscientious of my house and my dog. I would definitely call him again.

The plumber was nice, fast and did quality work. I called him for same day service after I was stood up by a different plumbing company and he showed up in 3 hours even though he already had a busy schedule. My basement was flooded and my tub was clogged. He was in and out within 20 mins or less and everything worked well!
