I needed to clear some root infiltration in my sewer line. The service tech came out, late at night, and cleared the roots out after about an hour of work. After the work he used a fiber optic camera to show me the cleared line. I was pleased with the job and would hire West Water and Sewer again.

They did a great job in relining my sewer from my house out to the road

My sewer line broke on a Friday. We had to move my wife and my 94 year old mother-in-law into a hotel and did not know how long it would be. West was the first company to respond to my Home Advisor quite request. Jeff showed up in about 90 minutes for the estimate. Their pricing was right in line with the HA project estimate. In fact he then gave me a discount when I asked about doing more than just fixing the problem. What blew me away is that he said they could do it the next day and be done in one day. A crew of four showed up and by 3:00 pm they done cleaning up. Great work and now I have an outside clean-out for snaking the sewer line. Thanks guys
