He came out the same day. Was there when he said he would be. Told me exactly what he would do. He was knowledgable and courteous. I was very pleased.

Very punctual and professional. Was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Gave discount on combined services.

It went good. He said to give it a week and if it didn't improve he would return free of charge and respray. I did call him back because there was still evidence of a few bugs still hanging around. He is very professional and was on time for his appointment. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Honey seems to be appropriately expert in insect control. He was generous with his time and information. He was thorough in his treatment of the house. He explained that future visits would be free if this visit was insufficient. Future visits for other reasons would probably be at reduced cost. I will probably use him for future insect control issues.

They performed services for Breathe Easy Air Duct Cleaning and for several of my great customers over the last 2 years and they were all happy as could be. Thanks JC for the great job.

This year, we had a big problem with ants throughout the house. JC Honey explained the product and the process well, then sprayed at the base of the walls in each room inside the house, around the base outside, and at the openings to our garden edging where ants like to hide. He also determined that the most likely nest location was around a bay window at the front of the house. The product used today only needs to be applied once to kill off the colony. It's so effective that it is no longer necessary to determine the actual location of the nest. JC explained that there would be a few stragglers, but if there was a continuing problem, he would return to make a second application. He didn't need to. Our ants were gone within a day or two with the stragglers disappearing within a week. We were delighted!

Woke up to find a trail of ants coming into the basement from outside. Knowing we had to do something immediately, I checked Angie's List for pest control. Selected this company from the top rated and could not be more pleased. The owner come to the house when he said he would and discussed the issue with my husband who stayed home to deal with the situation. Explained what he was going to do and used a and quot;people and pet safeand quot; product to accomplish the mission as we have a cat. The ants were gone in no time. He told my husband to watch for more ants and call him back if necessary for free. He did explain what was going to happen based on the product he used. My husband also had him treat the rest of the inside of the house...just in case. So far so good. Have only seen a couple of ants but those might just be strays that were elsewhere during the treatment. No worries. Additionally, and based on the service received with the ant problem, we have hired this company to provide outside treatments for the rest of the season. Once it warms up, he will begin that process. The prices he quoted for all services is very good and we were extremely pleased with the attention to detail. No one should hesitate in hiring this company!

Very well. Really nice, punctual, clearly knows A LOT about insects and how to do his job. We were very pleased and much prefer him to the large company we used 10 years ago. Unlike them, he diidn't try sign us up for a long-term contract but just did what we needed. Very trustworthy.

Needless to say I was relieved by the result of his inspection. I was also very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

I did not use this company's services They could not provide the service I needed. They did give me a lot of information and the name of someone who could help me.

From start to finish, it was smooth sailing. He assessed the situation, did the work, and was easy to communicate with during the whole process.

After seeing the ants we had and confirming that they are carpenter ants, JC suggested that he spray outside and offered my choice of also spraying inside. He said that the outside spray would be enough to kill all the ants and any nests, but some ants might be seen in the house for a few days unless I sprayed inside too. He mentioned that some clients want to kill those lingering inside ants right away, and that other clients would rather wait and let the outside spray work so that they could avoid spraying inside. He offered to come back and spray inside in a couple weeks if there were still any inside ants at that time, and that there would be no additional charge for it. For the next few days, we saw a few ants in the house, and then after that all of the inside ants were gone. There was no need to call back and get the inside spraying (for which I am very glad).

I came home on Sunday to 4 Carpenter Bees staking territory on and around my back deck. These bees are quite large and come after you when defending their territory. Concerned, I called Honey Pest Control to see what needed to be done. JC was pleasant and fully explained what I was dealing with. He calmed my nerves stating the bees are harmless so no need to fear being stung and he could come over first thing Monday morning to seal the outside of the home. He was true to his word and also took care of a spider issue I didn't realize we had. We will definitely be using JC in the future.

I had a positive experience. I am not sure if he charged $125 or $150. He said for repeat customers, he drops the price. He seemed pretty genuine. He didn't seem like he was ripping me off. If I were to use him again next year, I would get a discounted rate, so I like that. I would rate him highly and would use him again.

They were great. I called for one problem but he found that it was a different problem.

It's a small business. The guy who comes out is great. He comes out quarterly and does a very good job. He does preventative spraying. The treatment seems to work. I would highly recommend Honey Pest Control. We have been using them forever.

Overall, services were appropriate and worked well.

He came last year to the house to solve an issue with yellow jackets. This year he was kind enough to remind us that we need to treat the house to avoid any pest issues. He was ON time, very professional, great conversation skills! Super happy with the service, I have recommended him to different friends already!

Went very well. Service was fast and informative. Traps are working well and mice problem has been greatly reduced.

JC Honey called back immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. I didn't expect that. He also made an effort to get to us soon -- the Tuesday following the weekend. His work was thorough, professional and friendly.

When we lived out in Milan, he would come and spray our home and outside for bugs every other month. While we were using his services, we never had insects or other pests. He is also a very nice and friendly man. We always enjoyed talking with him while he was going around spraying the house. His services are excellent and he goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied and happy with his services. A+!
