From the salesman to the installation crew, they were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job! Strongly recommend them.

I spoke with USA Insulation representative one day and the very next day, they were out putting foam in the walls of my brick home. They also put foam around the rim beams in my basement as well as my attic. They were very professional and cleaned up before leaving. I love being able to turn my thermostat down and still be comfortable. USA also assisted me in completing the paperwork which will enable me in attaining a refund from DTE for having this work done.

What a great experience with this company. From start to finish they were great! They were courteous, respectful of my property and very professional. Would highly recommend!!

I was lied to by the sales person, Hunter Wright, he told me I would get a tax credit for $3,200 from the federal gov and consumers. Was told that so I would buy more services which I did. I was SCAMMED, BEWARE OF USA INSULATION!!!! Angi should not be endorsing them!! Shame on you

I highly recommend this company! From the day of the estimate until the end of the job, they were extremely professional. They took pictures of everything and cleaned up everything. The job took them 1 day. All the workers were very courteous and explained what they were doing. GREAT JOB!

Another contractor had moved things around so much, that it botched my previously scheduled insulation appointment with another insulation company. In a panic, I reached out and was properly given an estimate work completed within days. They arrived earlier than first estimated and that was more than welcome. Handled with care and our property was protected and insulated with care.

****DO NOT USE THEM**** They will try to scam you. Paid over $7,000 to have spray foam installed due to mold issue in the attic. Salesperson took pics of the mold and said Lifetime guarantee any issue. Saying they would take care of the mold while they were installing the foam. They came, removed old insulation, and took pics of the mold. They were scheduled to do the spray foam and called the morning of and said they had truck problems and asked if they could come out the next day. When they came to install the foam, I asked if they were going to take care of the mold before they even started the job and he said that they weren't informed of needing mold abatement and they did not have the product they needed to take care of it that day. He asked me to call the office which I did, and they said they would have someone call me. The supervisor called me and said they did not have it on the work order, and they could give me a quote to do it...I told them I was not going to pay any more as I was promised it would be taken care of and he said there was nothing they could do for me. I called back to the office and talked to the Branch manager, he was looking into it with the Salesperson and would take 24 hours to get back to me. After 48 hours and me leaving a Voice mail to request an update the Branch Manager (Ryan) he said because the Salesperson didnâ t list it separately in the contract, they can do it for an additional $1,400. They also charged me for a dumpster they said they needed to remove the old insulation but never brought a dumpster. When I questioned the workers regarding it, they said they would ask their supervisor. They said he told them that their truck was the dumpster, and I would not get anything money back. I called the office regarding this as well and they would only give me a credit for 1/2 the cost of the dumpster. They are a bunch of scam artists from the Salesperson (Hunter Wright) to the Supervisor on up. ****NO NOT USE THEM!!!!****

They left my home a wreck, and the material used was not as described by the sales rep. Performance effects are nearly unnoticeable. There is massive cleanup and wall repair work left to do. very expensive project. It feels like my home got vandalized, and I was misinformed about what the job would do for me. The job was not done thoroughly, which required another trip out to check on the wall fill levels weeks later and more holes in my walls for me to patch and refinish. The offer to fix the existing crude drywall patches was made 3.5 weeks later. I will be scraping their work off so I can actually finish it properly before that. My biggest regret of the dozens of projects I have done in my home so far There is so much to fix and so few promises and expectations set by the sales representative.

Back wall of house is not insulated. Job was done 12/21 and they have yet to return to finish the job. Very pricey Not worth the cost...

Estimator came on time listened to my wishes, quoted a price I could afford, financed it. Installers were late but called to inform. Did show up, got right to it. Had to install from inside. They kept it neat patched the open holes, cleaned up, and vacuumed. Long day but a good job. I would use them again. Happy customer

This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. The work has not been done correctly, created water spots on our ceiling, ruined new carpet in the basement with burn spots from foam insulation application, and the attic is left with insulation piled up and job unfinished. They refuse to correct the issues and blame everything and everyone else. They have walked away from our job until we install a new soffit around our entire house for additional thousands of dollars. The work is very unprofessional and the management has not bothered to resolve the situation. Currently having to pursue legal options. They got their money and have ghosted us. I definitely would not recommend USA Insulation.
